My first fitness watch
I am not a huge watch wearer, but I needed something to help monitor my heart rate and after reading the reviews and looking at the style of this watch I made my choice. So far it is doing what I need, which monitoring my heartbeat when I go for my walks. The setup was straightforward.Update 1.29.24 - I looked around and found two longer wrist bands. The first is from DaQin and is 9.2 inches long. The second was from BISONSTRAP which cam ein at 9 inches long. Both were good and comfortable. I eventually chose the DaQin due to the length and the ease of adjustability. Additionally, their customer support has been very responsive to my wrist band queries so they get my kudos as well.

Pretty Nifty Little Gadget!
I’ve been wearing this for a few weeks now. I noted issues I experienced, and figured out solutions for them. I’ll drop them here:1) inaccurate readingsWhenever I felt that the numbers I got were off, I just simply reset the watch. This only happened to me once. I went to the mobile app and opened the device options. I resetted the watch from there. Problem solved!2) rash develops wear I wear the watch bandThis, I think, is due to some electro-chemical reaction to the natural oils on my skin. When I found a small rash spot on my wrist, I noticed some odd oily substance on the back of the watch band. So I assumed that some reaction occurred between the laser of the watch and my skin (sweat, skin cells, oil..). So, I switched wrists to see if it would reoccur, and it did. FIX: I just wiped down the backside of the watch and band with alcohol to keep it clean, and the rashes stopped appearing. Also, wearing the watch loosely will give very inaccurate readings. The watch has to be worn snugly! Do the pinky test! If you can easily slip your pinky under the unit, it’s too loose. Understand that there is a laser sensor on the back that gives you your data. It requires constant contact with your skin to be accurate.Be sure to clean off the back of the watch regularly, especially if you PT of swim with it! Also, not rubbing any oils or lotions on the area in which you wear your watch... keeping it clean and dry... reduces the chance of a rash.Overall, I’m pleased with my buy!

great watch!
i’ve had this watch for 2 months, and nothing bad happened! This watch can track your steps, killed calories, and miles, and they have been accurate so far. This watch can also show you your blood pressure and heart rate. This watch can also show you the quality time of how much you slept. You can’t text or call on this watch, but this watch will vibrate when you get calls or texts on your phone. This watch also has different workout modes: walking, running, cycling, swimming, jump rope skipping, badminton, basketball, and football. It has an alarm also, you can add alarms through the app, and it has a drink water and sedentary reminder you can turn on and off on the app. It also has a stopwatch you can use. This watch is amazing, definitely recommend it!

Worst tracker I've ever had
The media could not be loaded. This started to work out just fine for about 4 weeks and then the step part of the app just stop working. Tried rebooting it. Tried letting the battery die completely to recharge. It did everything that the sellers ask me to do with the watch. They said they would send me another one. I still have not received it as of yet. They tell me it takes time but I went to see if I could purchase another one and if I purchased it it would be a matter of two days for me to receive it. So I don't know why a replacement watch is taking so long to replace. There is nothing I can do with this watch. I have watches already. Great watches that I've had for years to tell time I got it so that I would know how many steps i was doing per day so this watch was a waste of money also, as far as taking your blood pressure, don't rely on this watch because it's not accurate. Nowhere near accurate but that's not what I got it for anyway. buyer BUYER BEWARE.

Great watch
I wanted to do and updated review of the watch this watch battery life is Amazing. I go 7+ days before I need to recharge it. Example I last charged it 9/27 before I left for vacation it is 10/4 and I still have 50% battery life left. I usually charge it at 30% and it's going to take another 2days to get to that. Also, I was skeptical about the waterproof but I decided to put it to the test and wore it to a water park. Amazing! It works great, I get my notifications, BP, sleep status, hear rate and weather. My only grip was the wrist band because I have small wrists the band stuck out. I have since purchased the bands where it goes inside instead of being on the outside. I would RECOMMEND

Woefully inaccurate BP reading
This thing is usually 20-30 pts mm Hg off. Sometimes more.I bought this watch primarily for that function and BPM for workouts.Sleep function seems useful as it did log hrs, unexpectedly.Activated while I was sleeping. How? I don't know bc there were no settings on the app. Just data categories.I'm going to look for something with much greater accuracy.

Excellent customer service
I had problems with my 1st tracker. After just a month or 2 it stopped taking a charge. The 5-star review is for the FITVII rep Belle who was more than helpful. When I asked to buy a new charger cable, thinking I might have shorted mine out, she sent it immediately at no charge. When that turned out not to be the problem and the tracker was still refusing to charge, she arranged for a new one to be sent. That one is so far working perfectly, but it's only been a few days. Belle deserves her 5-star review. The tracker? Jury's still out.
