I really like this bulb! I tried setting it up without fully reading the instructions and had some difficulty, so just read them. You have to turn the light on and off 3 times quickly in order to have it enter setup mode. Once it's blinking the right way, the app found it easily on my Android phone. I was able to connect the account to both my Google home and Alexa without issue, and can now control it with voice commands.The light has the full range of RGB colors, and actually gets pretty bright. It's really nice that it doesn't need a hub too. One thing to note is that it can only connect to the 2.4ghz band on your router, not a big deal though, all routers have that.All in all a good bulb that works as expected with little to no hassle.

This is really cool.I originally bought this to use as a timer on an old style hallway light fixture attached to the wall. Theres no on and off button on the wall just a turning switch under the wall fixture. There is no wall plug/light switch to attach a timer to it. Using the app let me set up a great custom timer and worked perfectly. I love the color changing option the Scene 4 option. Once its set up using the settings on my phone and with Alexa are so easy and simple to use. The issue is setting it up is a little annoying. There are way too many instructions options. I already had a wifi plug app installed and I tried using that app instead so I would have to download another app and it worked and all the settings were there. It automatically attached to Alexa, I think because the wifi plug was connected already to her. I did change the name on the device on my Alexa app to "light" insterad of bulb...etc.Overall I am very happy with this light bulb.

Just gave this bulb to my 16 year old niece for her birthday. She was able to set it up quickly and had it connected to Alexa. She can tell Alexa to change the color and/or the brightness, plus turn it off/on, or use her iPhone. She’s very happy with it. There are several different white light modes:daylight, soft, bright, plus all of the colors. She loves it and I scored. I hope it lasts for a long time.

This light bulb works so great I got a second one. You can change the bulb to any color you want and also dim. Only downside was getting it connected With the app, but once it running works amazing!

Nice bulb! It’s nice that you don’t need a Hub to make it work! It’s a bit dim for my taste, but the app is really easy to use, and the bulb itself seems well-made. I don’t use the pre-programmed modes, but just the functionality of using it with Wifi is really neat. For the price, it’s totally worth it.

It's fun. Easy to hook up. Easy to use. I love the way it changes colors, love that you can adjust the brightness, and have it come on and go off at programmed times. My only complaint is I wish I could get the color balance to what I want. When I set it to what I think should be the right level, it looks a little red. But, I'll continue to play with it, and I'm sure I'll get it eventually! Meanwhile, it's fun!

Not all colors work for me. They blend together but basically look like 4-8 colors in all.No soft hues.It was difficult to program. It would not work. Had to do it 6 times before it connected.Hope it lasts.

Its a lot more affordable that other brands works super well is bright enough for a decent room space. The Alexa capability is always a plus and a fun thing to do for the kids with the multicolor capability. It did give me a little of a hard time to install but instructions are clear and have multiple easy to do alternatives to finally make it happen. I only have it for less than a week though so I cant guess product longevity yet but so far no issues
