Does exactly as advertised. Have used other products before this, and always had odors. Especially when not in use. Not now!! Will never use a different product now. Even after month’s of storage in hot weather, no odors! Always keep 5 gallons or so of water in black and grey tanks and add a scoop full. It’s that easy!!When using rv with family of 4, I’ve never had any issues with odors. I have 2 grey tanks, and the tank for the kitchen sink gets used a lot. This product breaks down the food (small particles that get passed a screen filter) and soap scum. Bathroom grey tank gets the bulk of the soap scum. Both tanks get a scoop after flushing and I never have any odor issues. During flushing, can see the broken down stuff pour out, then flushes clean.The black tank get flushed out during each trip. This product breaks down the solids to ensure that the tank is able to flush clean on the third flush. Tank sensors always read empty because there isn’t anything left is the tank.Great product!!!

I received this container from the warehouse with a broken cover. The bottle was enclosed in a sealed plastic bag, then that bag was placed in a blue amazon mailing envelope, then that was placed in a box.Why the shipping department does not have replacement covers I don’t know. This was shipped from the warehouse with a known broken cover.The product is ok I prefer Happy Camper but since they are reformulating because of California, I’ll use this.

What the heck? We have two RVs (one stationary glamper for rent on Airbnb and one for travel) and we have those clear adapters for black tank hoses so you can see when the tanks are emptied. Since we started using this product, we've had times when the drainage was CLEAR! Last week, on our Airbnb glamper, it drained for quite a while before I could tell it was from a black tank. There was no color at all until at least half way through the drainage. Then today, my husband came to me after draining our travel RV and told me to order more, now. For us. He said this new product worked like nothing we have tried before. Clear "water." No big globby mess going into, or getting stuck in, the hose. He said cleaning the hose was effortless.We've tried other probiotic products but none has had the same results. It's like magic.There is barely any product smell. If anything, it smells a bit tangy. I think I would prefer a mild fragrance, maybe something like honeysuckle or basil (kinda like some of the Mrs. Meyers products), but I'd rather have no fragrance than too much perfumed overpowering sneeze-like-crazy smell.We've used pods and liquids, but never a powder. I thought I might waste my money trying it out, but absolutely not. For less than $1.00/dump (which for us is maybe every 1-2 weeks), it's a bargain. I highly recommend it.I don't usually write reviews. I take the time to review only products I absolutely hate or absolutely love. I absolutely LOVE this product. I probably won't order a different tank treatment product ever again.

This is less messy. Measures with scoop provided. Dissolves better than packets. Less messy than liquid.

This product worlds great to keep yank smells at bay. The powder is easy to store, no worries about liquid leaking out of tipped over.

We bought this product after reading reviews from the RV groups on Facebook. While it was not the top rated, in the odor control category it did get a high rating. I reviewed this product for a week before I chose it and I was confident enough to even buy the largest container of powdered product. I was very disappointed because this odor problem was not resolved. We have faithfully used it and followed directions to the tee!, but the odor got so bad one day it set my alarms off and shut down our propane system because we did not resolve the issue in an acceptable amount of time. I did however rate this product with 3 stars because it does everything else with perfection. When we empty the black tank it leaves behind a cleaner tank than what we were dealing with using what ever was economical at the time and this time around to purchase tank treatment we decided we would give up some extra cash. When we are stationary for several months at a time I like to use the REAL toilet paper. When boon-docking or dry camping we use the RV paper. We love this product for this reason.We will use this product up and do the best we can in the full time RV Living World and suck it up buttercup! Next time we will be finding another product.
