These are incredibly whiney regardless of the voltage they receive. I can't use them, and I'm unsure if I can return them given that I've tied the ends together.

Had to replace and resolder the wires with better quality wires
The solder at the fan side will come off eventually. Just used it for few weeks on my 3D printer. Had to replace and resolder the wires with better quality wires.

Both fans dead on arrival
Both fans did not work upon arrival. Using as a part cooling fan with my 3D printer, neither worked. Removed and hooked directly to 12V power supply, neither worked. Very poor quality control.

Don't last
Used for part cooling fan on 3D printer, only lasted about 25-30 hours of use. Second fan didn't last as long as first.
