Ideal for travel
I bought this for a trip to Japan after having no luck finding a travel friendly sized hair dryer with a decent diffuser and I'm glad I chose this! Left my hair feeling lovely. Easy to fold away, the diffuser attachment can be a little awkward packing as it is still quite large, but its doable. :)

Premium drying experience, superb quality!
I'm really impressed with this hair dryer. I could immediately feel the quality when I took it out of the box, everything about it feels well made and premium quality. It has a good amount of different settings and all of the attachments are very useful. I particularly like the large diffuser. I have thick, wavy hair and it definitely dries it with ease, it made it soft and bouncy with added definition. It has a long lead and a dual voltage plug. There are a couple of minor negatives. One being I find putting the attachments on a little bit awkward, they just seem to clip on, but in no particular way if that makes sense, maybe this is just me but as the hair dryer is almost £100 I feel I should mention it. I love the fact that you can fold the handle down but to be honest it's still quite a large hair dryer to put in a suitcase and take away. The diffuser is particularly large and I wouldn't say it's very lightweight. However overall this is a premium quality hair dryer and if a good quality hair dryer is important to you when you're away it would be worth making room in your suitcase for this one, it's expensive but you can definitely see why.

Great fold-up hairdryer with handy accessories and a dual voltage system
This is a good quality hairdryer that performs very well. It's well made and feels very decent in your hand, fitting comfortably when in use without being too heavy. The power is decent and the addition of three attachments mean there's something for most people to help with directing the air flow to improve the drying result. There are two flat attachments and my favourite is the one with the comb ends, which I find quite useful, but I think most people will find find the very large and effective diffuser a hit, especially with curls to handle. There's really not a lot not to like about this hairdryer from my own perspective, but I would say right off the bat that if you're buying it expecting a small size unit from a 'travel' hairdryer, then that may be one area where some people could be a little disappointed as this offering from Curlsmith is the same size as most regular ones. Where you'll find the benefit for travelling, if that's important for you, is that the handle folds with ease to slightly reduce the overall size, it comes with a travel pouch to keep all the bits together, and you also get a dual voltage system, meaning it works well abroad as well as in the UK. Particularly impressive is that you get a little tool to adapt the fitted three pin plug to a two pin one, so you don't even have to give up one of your precious travel adaptors to do your hair. Good stuff.I'm really happy with the hairdryer and it's certainly something I'd recommend to others. Everything just works well and you know you're a step up with this one from the basic hairdryers out there. Even with this in mind though, I do find the price a little high, but then that's a subjective assessment as others may find that a hairdryer around £100 (at the time of the review) to be a very fair price. No complaints at all with the performance of the product, so if it's a good price for you then you're also likely to be pretty happy with it.

Not the cheapest, but offers great results.
When it comes to hairdryers there are certainly no shortages in choice, with lots of companies all offering reasons and claims as to why they are the best, so to stand out, this Curlsmith Defrizzion Travel Edition Dryer, has to bring a lot to the table.I like that Curlsmith are not trying to make this the ultimate jack of all trades, instead positioning it clearly in the marketplace as a compact dryer that’s perfect for travel with dual voltage and an extra-large diffuser designed specifically to care for all types of curls, coils, and waves. Its strengths lie in its ability to give tangible improvements to all hair types from fine to thick, it offers the ability to enhance and define curls, control and reduce frizz and noticeably increase volume.I also liked the variable heat and speed settings, sustained cool setting, and again, the main attraction, the extra-large diffuser attachment. This dryer is able to provide efficient and gentle drying while enhancing your natural curls and preventing them being lank and lifeless as some dryers can. It’s also good that it comes with more standard concentrator nozzle that will act like a standard dryer, so the whole family can use it. Its compact nature, specifically the foldable handle makes it easy to pack and take on the go, with no compromising on performance.Overall, this is on the high end in terms of its price, but ultimately, the old adage “you get what you pay for” is typified by this hairdryer, it certainly is top class and the quality construction should mean that it will last you many a year if looked after. It looks good, its easy to use, performs well and delivers great results.

Nice but a little pricey
For a travel hairdryer it's fairly decent, but ultimately it's quite expensive in my opinion. It does everything a normal hairdryer does, except it folds and is dual voltage for travelling. The fact that it folds makes it a little flexible to hold when trying to take the attachments off (which isn't that easy). It has a decent amount of heat and the motor isn't horrible to listen too - sounds like more high flow than high pressure.3 heat settings, 2 speed settings, and a cold button - pretty standard.Comes with a nice carry pouch, 2 flat heads (one with built in comb) and a curl diffuser.I have to be honest, the advert claimed things such as "Porcelanic Ceramic" and "Far Infrared Heat" so I was expecting something a little more fancier but I can't find any description of these features in the advert. All in all, a nice travel hair dryer but I think it's a little pricey based on the above.
