Its relaxes me, and even helps with muscle gain, fast when you need it to be, slow when you need it to be. Its a bit annoying to turn on as the buttons have to be pressed a bit hard, but thats the only bad part, other than that, very solid massage gun, i would recommend this as an affordable alternative to other very expensive massage guns! 4/5 stars.
