I can’t say enough good things about these magnesium gummies. The product is perfect. It’s effective, reduces my stress/anxiety & improves my sleep without making me extremely drowsy. Read and research your supplements carefully!! There are thousands of supplements that are made in China and it isn't on the label. This label at least says manufactured in PRC (Peoples Republic of China). Also, notice how blue these are yet there is NO ingredient listed that explains the blue color!!

While I only take 2 before bed, these things work as promised. They help with a good long-lasting sleep (unlike my melatonin which sometimes poops out around 3am) and seem to regulate the tummy. Women get indigestion, bloating, other unpleasant things at *certain* times; these totally help naturally without side effects. Will be ordering regularly.
