This is kind of a lifestyle choice in my mind & for me was largely just to help with cholesterol. It's frankly too early to see if there's any help there & if it is, it'd honestly be too difficult to say if this really helped or not. So I'll just go off what I've got here. The package was well sealed. They're easy pills to swallow. This appears to be a good quality product. Unfortunately, I can't really speak to the results. I can say though, I don't see any difference at all when I take them, but for this one, I'll probably keep taking them on the off chance it helps a bit.

The effectiveness of neem is the same as taking Berberine plus a few more ingredients. It has no taste and easy to swallow. The quality is good because the bottle is a 3-month supply. It is worth the money and will be buying more in the future.

I started using the capsules and even though I have fairly good gut health, the product improved my digestion. It's Winter so you get sorts of virus stuff in the air and so far so good. Therefore, I guess it also works on your immune system. One issue and the reason why I knocked one star is the origins of the manufacturing. I know it's a USA company, but.....
