I recently had foot surgery and asked my surgeon if I could use scar cream or vitamin E oil on my scars. He said definitely vitamin E oil, so after searching the various products available, I ordered this. Best stuff ever! I've used vitamin E oil previously for scars but this is by far a superior product. The scars are already very supple and fading, and the oil itself is very high quality. It is definitely as advertised and beyond.

I had major surgery on my neck back in April which left me with a two inch incision scar. I started using this oil a couple of days after surgery and literally the scar is very very light and unless you knew I had surgery no one even notices it. I believe a lot of the reason it healed so well was due to using this oil twice a day on the incision!

It’s really too soon to tell if it will yield the results that I am hoping for, but I can say that this oil is amazing. I had surgery back in March and the incision began to itch and keloid as it healed. I have noticed a significant decrease in pain and discomfort. This oil is thick which provides a great moisturizer for my incision. I anticipate good results in the next month or so if it continues to do what it’s been doing.

This oil works great! I had some scars from a knee surgery and it improved the appearance of them in just a few weeks. It wasn’t sticky like other Vitamin E oils I’ve used in the past. It was shipped in the proper box so that the bottle didn’t come broken or damaged. I will definitely be ordering another one!

I ordered the vitamin e oil to help against stretch marks and an itchy belly in my pregnancy. I ordered in my third trimester, so I cannot say it prevented stretch marks, but it definitely helped the itching to stop. I’m using it in postpartum and will see if it helps reduce stretch marks. It is a thicker oil - I am not sure I’d call it sticky. The smell is similar to castor oil.

Sunflower seed oil is also known as vitamin E oil. Marketing pizzazz got my $$$. By the way, not sure why this is not returnable as a food product when it is labelled for external use only. No question about being a good product, but price gouging, ouch! Sunflower oil per ounce is 75,000 IU of vitamin E naturally. I still am curious what makes it for external use only?

Not sure what I should be looking for since this is my first time using vitamin E oil. The packaging was UV protective. It came in a white box and the bottle is dark brown. The liquid has no scent at all, and is somewhat sticky and viscous. I’m using it on skin excisions to see if it heals any better/faster than plain petroleum.

This is a great oil for massaging post-surgical scars. It is thick but not gummy, smooths on well without being too runny, and absorbs fairly well after being massaged onto the skin. It does not irritate, for both unmarked and scarred skin, and is odorless. It will retain an oily or sticky feel so don’t need use a lot, just a drop or two, otherwise it will possibly leave a mark on clothing. It has been effective in easing the tightness of my scars, and helps with increasing mobility of healing skin. Since you don’t need a lot, this bottle will last a long time and is a good value.
