Spring screws bent.
2 of the 4 humbucker spring screws were bent. Making it difficult to properly adjust height. Clearly poor QC, but you get what you pay for in most cases.

springs are unreasonably stiff -- will strip threads?
Not useable. The springs are impossibly stiff -- in fact I think it would likely damage either the mounting ring or strip the threads from the pickup itself if I were to try and raise the pickup/compress the spring. (Holding a pickup in position doesn't require POUNDS of force.) Otherwise, it's a small packet of nondescript hardware-store grade wood and machine screws*, maybe $1.00 worth at the local Lowes/Home Depot/Ace/True Value hardware store. This packet was $6.50. I was hoping to save myself a shopping trip, and while I don't mind paying for convenience, these parts are not correct, and are therefore not useful and shall be returned.*also, w/r/t the machine screws, the drive is unusually small - a #00 Phillips? Far smaller than the drive I've seen on any commercial guitar. Will it work? Sure. But you'll go searching for a eyeglass screwdriver set to drive them. Weird choice.

the only problem with this item was it took almost a month to receive.
The product is fine; that it was listed as Prime-eligible, but took 3 1/2 weeks to get, isn't.

Not all humbuckers have the same size adjusting screws
These adjusting screws were to small for my pickups. Holes on the pickup were much larger than the ones provided in this set.

Perfect when you need longer mounting screws.
Be aware the springs are just a smidge shorter than the screws. They won't compress when the pickup is lowered close to the end of the screw, unless you add something like a piece of rubber tubing. Not a deal breaker for me.

The Metric ones work on Yamaha electric guitars.
Nice little kit, just be mindful that the frame screws are longer than the ones that usually come as stock on most guitars. And if the ad says "two-day shipping" as this one said, it means they will ship in two days, not that you'll receive it in two days.

screws did NOT fit my Dimarzio's, had to retap the holes to make work.
