Works great

10Mbps up/15Mbps down. (that is MegaBITS per second, not megabytes, btw), with about 2.5ms latency, 0% packet loss on 4,000ft of ~40 year old 25 pair copper twisted pair, with 6 known splice points. I'm stoked. My alternative was to spend thousands of dollars, and dozens (hundreds?) of hours on a solar/battery powered wifi repeater. Yes, I would have gotten much higher performance, but in terms of bang for the buck, this saved the day for me. 15mbps is enough to put a camera out at my gate, along with some electronics for access control, etc. I'm sold.Caveats: My kit came with one bad power supply. Fortunately I had a generic spare, which worked. I've only had this up and running for 30 minutes or so right now... But I will make sure to update this review if my opinion changes.

I have a building that is approximately 400 ft. from another building where I have a cable modem. For years I have run a simple CAT5 cable and even though it is over the recommended 300 ft. maximum, it has worked okay, netting me speeds of approx. 7mb when at the modem I get about 100mb.I finally decided to try this device, and now I wish I would have used it years ago! For the CAT5 between the building I cut the ends off and used one pair of twisted wires. Now my speeds are approx. 93mb at the outbuilding. Very simple to use, and an amazing product. I would highly recommend.

I don't usually write reviews for products I buy on Amazon maybe cause I'm lazy and most products don't deliver on my expectations. I bought this extender device based on its high reviews on Amazon and because it's plug and play no programming or software setup needed. I also needed a device that I could push 10-20mb of data over a pair of Ethernet wires only cause that's all I had left unless I ran another cat 5e or cat 6 which would have required cutting into a wall and climbing into to attic. Well I got the Netsys device and I installed it and it just works beautifully no trouble shooting or calling the manufacturer needed. I wish just 10% of the items I bought were this easy to install and use.

Works great ! It came already preset for c.o. and c.p.e.setup.I connected the 2 units across a 3 thousand foot twisted pair 24 gauge line and they came right up, and we have had no issues with lag or speed , this pair is a little more costly then other units but worth it. We have tried many other brands of similar design and all have failed ,some right of the box. The over all design of this unit screams good quality , metal casing , duel ethernet ports, rj 11 jack ,hard wire port option ,and the unit has a spot for a ground connection . over all so far so good ill post again in 90 days or so with a follow up :n)

This thing is amazing...I ran cat6 cable approximately 800 ft from my shop to guest house..had cable company drop a New coaxial line to shop"approximately 200 ft behind my home.Inserted two of the wires from cat6 into direct port and the same on other end "guest house" and after a minute got the solid green light ...plugged in modem at shop and wifi at guest house and like magic I have internet ! Cable guy was skeptical so he checked speed/signal at guest house and it was identical To what we were getting at shop. It's been working about a week...not one glitch.I can't say enough about this thing...simply awesome.

this is my second pair, I lost one unit to a lightning strike , my grounding was not adequate, their service department is excellent, and George their technician is wonderful, fast accurate and honest, this things do what they say they can do, make sure you ground all of your cables in the box if you are in a lightning prone area, or anywhere for that matter, use shielded gel filled Cable, good luck

A SUPER DEVICE - I have an entry gate 600 ft from router. I had an ethernet twisted cable run (did not know distance limitation). Took one pair of ethernet twisted cable and connected CO to CPE. Came up immediately. At CO DSL Speedtest 97-99MB at CPE DSL SpeedTest 67M. Used Port 1 on NV-202 VDSL2 and a switch for running 4 devices. Advice do not wast time and money of anything else. Running now 3-4 weeks with no issue.

Works good. Been using this since three weeks in an industrial application (490ft ethernet cable) and no data transfer speed lag or signal drop whatsoever!Best feature is its capability to use a phone line cable or any twisted pair over a long distance.Thumbs up!
