Awesome Equipment!
We installed this System in my 1600 Sq Ft Home, and I am extremely happy with the Results.Given, it is a lot of work, and you'll need a HVAC Guy to handle all of the connecting, vacuuming, charging of the System and then some. This System is very quiet, cools efficiently, the Parts are of very high Quality as far as I can tell.I will give another Update once we get through some of the hot months.Temp right now.Outside: 89 F.Inside: 76 F.Sweet!10 months later:The Unit performed flawless, provided plenty of Heat this Winter. Very comfortable Heat indeed. It is May now and we have switched it back to cooling, had a few 90 + Temperature Days here in Long Beach. One thing I noticed is that it uses a bit more power using the Heater rather than the Cooling system. But since we have Solar, that isn't a big deal.Very Happy with my purchase.2 Years later:With Global warming kicking in, we feel like "What have we ever done without this Unit?" cause it feels like we are getting hotter Summers, milder winters here in SoCal.The Unit performs like the first Day, cools down my Home like a Refrigerator.Zero problems after 2 years of usage.Every 6-8 months, I wash the Filters, that's about it.In Winter, when it is "cool" outside (40 F. lol) the Heater works fantastic, the warm air feels very nice.Something I forgot in the first Review, this unit is extremely quiet, the indoor Units and the outdoor Unit as well.

poor customer support
After having some electrical problems during a storm one of our condensors stopped working. After spending time on phone with tech support we determined that the main board was bad and needed replacement. No further diagnosis was done to determine the cause of failure. Trusting their product knowledge I ordered a replacement board which arrived within a few days. I installed the board and powered it up and it shorted on start up and was also destroyed. I contacted tech support and traced the cause to a failed coil on in the system a fairly inexpensive part. I asked this time for some price concession since I just received the board recommended by tech support. They offered to take out the shipping cost which is almost nothing compared to the $500.00 board cost that they want me to buy twice. Especially since there is no protection for the board from a short circuit on a coil which is a common failure wherever they are used, and I was not asked to test them during the first call to determine if another component caused the board failure it feels like they are shooting expensive parts at the problem without a good diagnosis. The wire diagram is vague as well. So if a well supported well designed system is what you are looking for it is not here
