BoYata Laptop Stand for Desk, Laptop Notebook Stand Travel Foldable Laptop Stand Tablet Desktop Holder (27.526.25.5cm)

This is the second Boyata laptop stand I've purchased and this particular model is very sturdy and strong. It's doing an excellent job of holding my laptop in a fixed position on my desk at a height that works great for my second monitor and keyboard. I feared the stand would be flimsy or not hold the weight of my laptop but it's been great and I've not had any issues. Yes, the mechanisms are a bit stiff when you are first adjusting the stand to the exact desired height, but they need to be this stiff in order to hold heavy laptops like mine. It has a cut out in the bottom which keeps the heat from building up on the laptop and that's quite sufficient. I'd tried a cheaper, plastic stand with a fan made by another manufacturer but it didn't adjust well, the fan was noisy and the plastic was flimsy. I think this stand is great.

The advertising in this product is "spot-on". I purchased this for a temporary situation for holding my tablet but, wow, I was amazed at how strong the construction is...I think this thing will outlast me. I am thinking to purchase another soon for my full sized laptop. If you are on the fence on whether to purchase this item, I know you don't know me but, I hope that you can trust that this is definitely worth the money. I used this to put my computer on top of my treadmill while I walk. This allows me to be able to watch videos while I workout. It works great! I love it!The product itself is extremely sturdy but also hard to adjust because of how sturdy and stiff it is. Other than that I am so grateful for this product as it is super great for what I use it.... I love the many ways you can bend it and adjust it to your needs and liking. My son bought the BoYata laptop stand six months ago for his second laptop, and he hasn't had any issues with it.The best thing about it is, it fits easily into a book bag if you're on the go (plus, it's sturdy). And being able to take his laptop stand when he travels makes it easier for him to have the correct eye level/sitting posture when he's working.The only issue, which has been presented in other reviews, is that it's quite stiff. If you want to adjust the height of the stand, it's best to do it with the laptop off.Otherwise, he highly recommends it.

Very stable, it can definitely hold a fat gaming laptop with ease. It would also work fine as a stand for a drawing tablet and allow one to rest their hand on the device.The one con I see is that the edges are too sharp - I'm worried about denting or dinging my things against it. More rounded or beveled edges would be nice.

I am a researcher. This stand is not onlysolidly built, it offers adjustable heights and screen angles I could not find in other stands. I’m very particular about aesthetics and this stand meets my critical expectations for a contemporary home.

Perfect. I am full time student, i use it at home as well as take it to class and library. It is modern looking, not bulky... and it folds to fit perfectly in my back pack. Even my friends have asked me where it’s from. It has helped me with back pain associated with looking down at books, ipad.
