First, this seems like a very sturdy product. The hinge opens and closed and stays open in the position that I wanted without any handling. I needed something to run a Telepropter and Karaoake from as well as my Forscore sheet music from. This makes it so much easier than using the ipad virtual keyboard. I am getting that resultls that I wanted using a 5th generation iPad air witih 128 gb. Plenty of room to hook up HDMI converter for connect to a monitor or TV. This still leaves access to the headphone jack for output for audio, Keyboard has a nice feel, but you must consider the size. Filling an entire key board in a space that is half. the size of a regular keyboard makes for some compromise. Also, this is not backlit, but neither is my oeiginal Apple keybord from my iMac. Don't forget that this needs to get charged separately from the iPad. The cable is provided. I would definetly recomend this product

I had an aluminum case for my i-pad before and it lasted 2 years, i was very happy with it.The last several days i tried to find a replacement and i even bought 2 of the most expensive ones, each ver $ 100.00...i had to return both, they were flimsy, poor quality, made of plastic, not comfortable to use.Then i finally found this one, and it must be the only aluminum case with keyboard available.It is perfect !!!!!Sleek, smooth, sturdy aluminum case, at least 10 classes above any other product on the market.The price is unbelievable too.I only had to go without one for a few days and i really needed one.Just in case, i ordered an extra one, black, and the two are still cheaper than one made of plastic and of poor quality.THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!

I do home care with digital charting. I needed something easy to use and durable. This fit the bill! It turned my iPad into a laptop. I can type much faster on here than on the iPad. The only con is that it doesn't fold flat which makes it harder for my patients to sign their names.

I love my iPad keyboard.It works great and it was a really good value.I had a question for customer service and they responded quickly and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. I recommend this iPad keyboard!

I liked the idea of the case and ipad / keyboard fit. The shift key on the right side of the keyboard was in the wrong place so that was an adjustment. It quit working 4 mos later, and wanted a warranty on the merchandise. I am happy with the keyboard, but it just quit working today. Not happy with the duration of the product. Can you help me on this issue?

I just got this yesterday and most features seemed fine. It’s a nice, solid case, it’s easy to connect via Bluetooth.BUT I have two major problems with the keyboard, one has already been noted by others.First, the right shift key is smaller and I Inadvertently end up hitting the page up key instead most of the time.Second, I keep hitting the caps lock (on the left) when trying to hit the left side shift key or type an “a”.I end up wasting time constantly correcting. I got the keyboard to make iPad typing easier and faster. This keyboard does NOT do that.My hands are in the small to medium range, so it’s not because of large fingers,These keyboard problems are deal breakers IMHO.Will return it ASAP.

Yes. That’s right. I bought this case four years ago for my 6 gen iPad. I wanted something that would give me the feel of a laptop and show the apple logo. I know, not high expectations. But this thing has been the reason I haven’t upgraded iPads. Why should I? I use it to write fiction, which I store on Google Docs. I take it with me everywhere. I use it to watch my favorite shows, for photo references for art, reading Kindle books, ProCreate, and entertaining grandchildren. It had held up well for four years. My husband spilled coffee on it. My grandchildren have dropped it. It’s been through a lot. Every now and then I search for an upgrade but they all look the same as this one and this one still works great. Solid purchase. I really want the newest iPad but as long as this set up is working for me, i will be grateful for this cute, rose gold case, that still looks classy and works like a dream. And did I mention that I hardly ever have to charge it? Great purchase.

I purchased the Product in September of 2023, and it performed as advertised and was easy to sink and use with my original version iPad. After Christmas it failed to sink and I emailed Customer Service about the problem. They promptly responded with suggestions to correct the issue which I tried but was not successful. I emailed back of my continuing problem and they immediately authorized Amazon to send a free replacement which promptly arrived and I was back in service. I am generally reluctant to handle service issues by email or chat, preferring to talk to a live person, But with this Service Team I was completely satisfied. I wish all service providers were as cordial and prompt as they were.

I have had numerous i-pad keyboards. This one is the best so far and I would highly recommend it.

The package arrived on time and works as advertised. However, there neither was no charging cable for the keyboard, nor instructions on how to pair with my iPad. I may well be a used/returned product.
