I wear a 12/14 and xl was perfect.This dress is amazing. Great quality. Heavy from the pieces, in a good quality way. It's so beautiful!

Bought this for a retro photoshoot, got a lot of compliments. It is a very nice dress. The fringe at the bottom sometimes gets tangled up, but still well worth the money.

The dress is lovely but there is a strange embroidery of what appears to be a rose on the front and back. Its an odd color and stands out on the dark color of the dress and is right over panty area front and back. I almost returned it but its just a Halloween costume. Without that bizarre looking embroidery I'd give the dress 5 stars.

We bought this as a costume for my daughter's drama class presentation. It fit perfectly. Is really great quality for what we paid. And looks beautiful on. Can't wait to see it on stage. It's also been tossed in a bag and carried around in a back pack and still looks great when worn. Some of the sequins are a bit loose, but have not fallen off... which amazes me. We are both really pleased with this dress and would definitely purchase more from this company and recommend to others.

I had stones added to this (though it already has sequins) in order to use it for a dance routine. If you want this to fit the way the 20s dresses looked, be sure to buy a size up. Having ordered other dresses in this style (though I returned the others), I knew this and ordered the size I needed in order for the dress to swing freely. Having said that, it is a lovely dress and really conveys the Jazz Age.

I read reviews and ordered up 1 size. Fits perfect. Its stretchy so I dont think I really needed to order a size up. (but i didnt want it to look like an 80's spandex dress on me. Well made.

So I ordered a medium, I am about 5"3 and around 140 lbs and it fit perfectly. It's very comfortable and while the length of the dress is a little longer than I anticipated it's not awkwardly so, and this will work perfectly for the Gatsby party we have!

Bought this dress for a 1920's gala (as I think most of us do, and it worked perfectly. The dress was a heavy material and I had no issues with it coming apart. It fit me well and it was exactly what I expected. I would buy again.
