Good item..but more expensive..including delivery charge...flipkart never charges this much amount as delivery charge...

Product serves its purpose. Keeps the tea/ coffee warm. Although cap is bit loose, its more like a cover. I use it to have my tea on the way to work when Im getting late so that I dont spill it in the car. Product looks exactly like the picture. Also can be used to brew green tea if you use tea bags.
