Worked the first time after charging it the first time but the charging port on the battery came out on Second time charging

Very pleased. Saves me battery money for the Xbox one. Downside is the usb cord shorted outquickly, but I used one I had. Work with any phone charger

Sent product back for refund and still no word or replacement
Had to send item back for a replacement due to the inside sleeve of the charger port breaking and coming out of battery pack with the charger cord resulting in battery pack not charging roughly a week to 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything or seen the arrival of any replacement.
