What a fabulous item, heats up quite fast 14 mins to get to 90 for my noodles great for travelers to get a coffee without stopping, just a warning you can only remove the inner cup when the mains connecter is connected to the cup

Good travel mug for long trips
Works well once you change the settings to the correct mode for vehicle. For 12v car it’s 2 as in instructions

Love it
Great product but the lead has become faulty. How do I get a new one? I have this powered from a 12v power bank so hot drinks wherever, that was of course until the lead went bust.

Awful product
Product didn't work after 5 secs kept coming up with an error, didn't heat up to its temperature. Awful product

That it seems to only work once a day
It is a good design and practical if going out for short trips but if travelling longer roads and you need a refill it has a tendercy not to work after the first time
