Ingenious product but instructions were inadequate

The instructions, being pictorial were relatively easy to follow, but we hit a couple of snags as the design does not take into account attaching it to a cabin.

Delivery on time and two of us to build, instructions not woth looking at. Once finished greenhouse gave me a summer well spent growing plants, chilli's and peppers in abundance. Then comes winter with the storms ( this greenhouse struggles even in a strong breeze ) the poly panels dissappeared overnight.Rang Billy Oh to ask to purchase new panels but surprise surprise they don't stock any spares for these greenhouses. In fact the spares rep thought he'd been put out because I asked if he could give me information for the actual manufacturer.Would not purchase anything from this company.

This is an excellent product! It only loses a star in my view as it's designed specifically for the sliding door to go on the left-hand side. For my location, I needed the door on the right-hand side, and there is no information in advance to suggest that the standard set is not reversible. I had to do a bit of bodging to reverse the door - cut and reshape some of the aluminium supports, and fit an extra flange to hold the windows on one side. It wouldn't take much for the supplier to make the product to be made truly reversible.Anyway, regardless of my bodging, it's a great greenhouse. The instructions can be intimidating at first, but the steps are set out well and the diagrams are helpful. I'd recommend having a handheld electric drill & socket set for quicker assembly. The suggested build time of 2hrs is quite laughable. I'm clearly an amateur, but assembly took about 3 days in total. I think even for pros it would take about 5+hrs.All feels a bit wobbly and not very strong as you progress through the instructions - have to admit to being a bit worried about its strength - but then suddenly becomes quite rigid when you get the main horizontal crossbar in, and even more so when you fix it to the wall.On the downside again, I found the venting window fixings to be a bit lacking - they don't lock down easily, so I've bought additional fixings and catches for them. The polycarb sheets in these openable windows were also a bit lose/rattly, so I've sealed them down nicely with some silicone sealant (you can get nice matching green silicone on amazon!).Overall, a great product, excellent value for money, looks smart and thoroughly recommended. I hope the manufacturer will consider making the door reversible for future versions.CheersSteve

The media could not be loaded.  Great value for the money. It took my husband a half day to set it up though but was absolutely worth it! I hope they will have a bigger one in the future. I think I will need another one 😆
