For tough jobs, this heavy duty scissors is what you need. For the overall size of it (medium), this tool is a brute. The jaws close tightly and the sawtooth edges are SHARP. I got this to cut heavy fiberglass cloth and mat, carpet for boat trailer bunks and other hard to cut soft sheet materials. It does that with ease. Though it is heavy and not easy to maneuver in tight spaces , in straight line cuts, this tool is a beauty.

These scissors are perfect for cutting fabric, I've found that they work very well. They're strong and have been able to cut through all thicknesses of fabric that I've put through them

These pinking shears cut well, but they are bigger than I realized at time of ordering.Cuts easy, leaves a clean edge.

These shears are adequate for someone like me who doesn't use them day-in-and-out. They are sharp but a little stiff.

After using the little grade-school model of corrugated scissors for cutting mailing labels for my mail club until they wore out, these babies are a real luxury! I knew about pinking shears for fabrics, but thought using them for paper crafts would be overkill. Not so, as crafts are listed as one of their uses. Comfy and smooth as silk.

Very sharp making cuts cleanly. Very comfortable on my hand. I have not tried cutting thick material and multiple layers of material yet.

I intended to return these but life got in my way and by the time I went to the UPS store, it was too late! These are heavy, hard to hold and harder to use! Also there is a big glob of gluey gunk on the handle! Looks like a petrified booger! Anyway, I'm stuck with them! I'm putting 3 in 1 oil in the mechanism to hopefully loosen it a bit! Fingers crossed!
