We purchased this unit in June 2015 and have used regularly. I read a lots of reviews of various products and decided on this one because it has a metal body. We also made note of other reviews that made comments about the poor quality screws that came with the unit. My husband installed it with long screws with ease. He set our new PIN code and we keep a key in it. Such a great product for peace of mind!

This box is a Winner!
Great Lockbox! Has a nice bif of room inside for all types of cards and keys. Purchased after being locked out and having to call a locksmith. This box will guarantee I wont have to do that again! Easy to set the combination, easy to install, felt very secure when mounted. Made of a nice heavy metal with a rubber backing to protect mounting surfaces. Arrived Fast with Prime! Great idea for key latch kids as well.

Saved me $75.
So I have 2 garage doors that I needed remote keypads for. Each keypad was $50. By buying this for $25 (or $30 or so) I put an extra car remote in it that opens all my garage doors. When someone needs to get in, they open this, then remote control open the desired garage door. I LOVE saving $$ with little tricks like this.

Built like a tank!
These are awesome lock boxes. The gray/black ones with the slide down window are complete garbage. At our building we had one just go bad for no reason and refuse to open, but I got in with a hammer and screwdriver in under 1 minute. This box is not going to be opened so easily.

Very easy to install
Very easy to install. I keep 4 sets of keys in mine. Instructions are easy to understand. It feels very well made. I am happy with my purchase.

Difficult to open
Extremely difficult to move numbers. Need to use your nails to open and even then it takes a long time time (10 -15 minutes). I can't move all of the numbers either.

Didn't lock
Could not get lock to actually lock. Fooled with it for 20 minutes. Sending it back. Nice and heavy, wish it would have worked.
