Poor instruction manual for a simple gadget.

Worth all the research to get the best one. Really neat and streamline. Very well made and finished piece of kit. Function is just brilliant. Instructions very clear and easy to follow. I just used an old iPhone charger I had to plug the USB power lead into the mains. Only used the kit as a receiver so far as that’s all I needed it for. Converts simple old style CD player and wired speakers into being able to use the kit to play music from my iPhone from playlists or streaming. Quality and range is excellent and has been faultless all round our 4-bed house, upstairs downstairs, in any room. No dropping out or wobbliness at all and that’s through timber floors and 100mm blockwork internal partition walls. Wireless function and connection is easy peasy every time. Wanted it primarily to operate existing lounge CD player and an extra set of extension speakers in our dining room, from within the dining room. Works perfectly through a 100mm block wall and does so much more than that range-wise though. Its just perfect!

Perhaps I received a faulty one, but I only got about 6m range indoors before the audio started to break up. I tested exactly the same configuration with a Bluetooth 5 transceiver that was rated at much less range than this EKSA model, and yet it's range was over twice the distance. Nothing to fault otherwise, but this was bought as long range device and it failed to deliver spectacularly.

This is to replace a much smaller version that I want to reassign to a projector.It paired quickly after I'd stopped my speaker connecting with something else in the house and reconnections to the TX now happen quickly.There is a tiny lag but it seems to be an improvement on my previous one. The 10 hours stated battery life doesn't seem to be too far off but I'm normally putting it back on charge after a few movies as there's nothing worse than losing audio halfway through the movie.This works perfectly while plugged in to the mains whereas my previous projector one would create an electronic buzz if you tried to use it so. I've not tried the range limits but it's definitely a better signal than the previous one and I don't get the cutting out that I'd occasionally get when running to the loo or even sometimes just turning my head to a certain position, and for that alone it's a worthy upgrade.

This has to be one of my best gadgets buys for sometime, it is ideal for me as I have a disability and very limited movement in my upper body. It gives me greater independence.The EKSA Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Receiver is extremely easy to connect to the HI-FI amp and to the mobile phone (however, if your amp like mine has female inputs in the back and the EKSA has also got female inputs then you will need a phono lead with male inputs at both ends, this is not supplied). You can control the volume from your phone; my only gripe would be the on/off button could be bigger and that is the only thing that has to be done for me. i have not used with the battery over a long period but I do not think this would be problem.

Primary bought to allow me to play tracks from I pad to mixer unit which I use as a DJ. Wanted to be able to wirefree so can be sat with guess at a wedding and control tracks .Neat design, usb cable adaptor required for charging, but it says up to 10hrs when charged but u can use while plugged in n charging. Quick pairing , rca 2 phono to mixer , away we go. Wow range brilliant, I got out of site 50ft plus no breaking up no apparent sound quality deterioration. Stereo separation spot on only thing I would say is volume compared to other sources is slightly lower but I my case easy compensated.

Sadly this unit turns off in around 5 minutes if no bluetooth devices are connected so each day you need to come to it and turn on while bluetooth is supposed to solve this problem for you.

Sounds great.Stable, does not lose connection.Sports some advanced audio whatever on BT 5.Reading the manual is a must. Having some Morse skills is a benefit to connect devices and enable the advanced audio feature.Would but again.Will recommend to friends of they look for something like this.Bit of a disadvantage it identifies as BT headphone not as external speaker so iPhone might do silly things if there is a phone call.
