I recently started exercising hard to get ready for my wedding...enter muscle aches like no other. I read gua sha could help and boy does it ever! I downloaded the free ebook and read the directions. I love the ying yang design. The stones are a perfect size for me and they help so much to ease my muscle pain. The roller was an added bonus! I had already purchased one for my nightly routine but this one does not squeak like the other one. It is sturdy and beautiful! Highly recommended!

I have been using the Gua sha tools now for about 2 weeks and I feel the difference in my face. It's calms me down before I go to bed. And it totally helps me in the morning when I put my moisturizer on. The 2 other tools I have been using for scraping areas in my face and lymphatic areas. It's helped dramatically. I recommended this product highly.

I bought this set mainly for the two GUASHA Bian's not the roller. And the GUASHA Bian's are totally worth the price. First, the design of the Ying Yang pieces are super cute, and the stone feels very nice when you are scraping your face with it. And the two-piece set means you can simultaneously massage both sides your face together. The curvature also allows you to contour to the bones on your face. Be careful though since jade is a hard stone and brittle, it will break when you drop it on a hard surface. That's now I broke one of my GUASHA Bian's by dropping it in the tub.

Within 2 weeks and with inconsistent use of the tool, both ends of the massage tool fell off. There are plenty of vendors to buy these massage tools from - don't buy from this vendor unless you want to superglue the rose quartz back together.

The roller helps me to get my moisturizer and serum deeper into my skin. The Gua Sha scrapers are great for relieving tension in sore muscles.

The Yin Yang scrapers are excellent. Very smooth, perfect fit for the hand and the weight is perfect. I would highly recommend this set. The quartz roller works well. So rolling. me rollers fall apart - this does not. Very smooth

The guasha tools are thick and sturdy work very well for scar tissue!
