First of all, the order was here much faster than I expected, which is always good. Thank you for your quick response, and the product was much more than I exptected as well. I recieved a small box of perfectly trimmed aromatic sandalwood sticks with two inscense cubes in the box as well, which I used immediately in a burner.I am happy with the buyer, the product and the delivery. I have no doubt why I am an amazon customer. Happiness is always on the way!!

Love the scent, cleansing power, longevity, and thickness of the wood sticks, however noticed with these sticks that some of the wood that was burning would splinter off and easily burn other things. I mostly would use it over a metal bowl because of this.

Appearance and quality for usr

I’m not a fan of the sticks.My box came smaller then my two thumbs. Had two cones, and a palm full of small what’s said to be Sandlewood. Very small and doesn’t burn very well. One plus side to this. I like the smell of the two cones I got and will be finding those to get instead. Kinda wished I could burn some sandlewood though in my little essence bowl. Xujia did message me with a very nice message which made me smile.

The quality of the product and the speed of shipping

Scent not right Sticks to small not worth the money, and where is the sandalwood powder should it not come with the sticks if you are going to recommend using it.I think this is a ripoff, shame on Amazon for letting a product such as this to be sold on their website
