TERRIFIC SO FAR! (I WILL EDIT THE REVIEW AS NEEDED.)
Two months later and I still love it. The brushes are very gentle, which is what I need.I used the brush for the first time today, but I will update this review if I have additional comments.I had a very old Clarisonic brush--the first cordless version. It has stopped holding a charge for more than 2 or 3 uses, and takes a full day to recharge, which means it's never in the shower when I need it.I read a LOT of reviews very carefully. There are dozens of these things on the market, ranging from $10 (for ones that require disposable AA batteries--which is sinful imho) to more than $100 for brands that may have more câché. This one was $33.31, but it was part of a promotion that gave me a $10 rebate if I spent $50 on a wide range of "beauty" products, so I met the requirement by buying some toothpaste that I needed anyway.I looked at features carefully. One that is very important to me is that the brush can charge while sitting in the stand. (Otherwise, I'd have to lay the brush on a countertop or cabinet floor while charging.) The USB charging cable plugs directly into the the charging stand, so the effect is exactly the same as the original rechargeable Clarisonic.I was worried the brushes might be too stiff. (It was difficult to find delicate-skin replacement brushes for the Clarisonic.) The 2 brushes that came with this brush are very soft, perfect for my face.If you want a brush that comes with rougher, more aggressive brushes, there are plenty out there. The biggest problem I saw with most of them is that you have to buy an entire set of brushes, albeit inexpensively, instead of buying just the brushes you need to replace.A common complaint in many of the reviews is that the brush doesn't make the claimed 10-second beeps. (Total cycle time is 1 min.) I think that people may not have heard the beeps because they are very quiet. If you're in the shower and/or listening to music at the same time, the beeps may not be loud enough to hear. I'm not sure it matters. Most of us can count to 10!

Great tool for the price
I enjoyed this facial cleansing device a lot. It cleans my face really well, and gentle on my skin. It doesn't spin just vibrate but it gets the job done. It is better than just using my hands to clean my face because hands are just rubbing the skin instead of scrubbing the dirt and grime off the top layer of the skin. It is worth what I paid for, and I hope it lasts at least a year. Not bad for $30 spent.

I found my replacement for that other discontinued brand.
I was not sure what to expect, but since my Clarisonic flat out died after many years I was in need of a replacement, so I decided to give it a try. I am really glad I did because my skin is pretty happy with it! The brush heads are a bit more harsh, so you have to be careful with pressure and amount of time in each zone, but once you get a hang of it, it works really well and helps keep my skin clean, clear and exfoliated. I use it once a day with good results, with my other wash using just my hands and cleanser. The light on the charger goes back to red even if it was fully green and you remove the brush for a few seconds and put it down again. This worried me at first that I had a bum battery, and I thought about returning it immediately after the first 18-hour charge because I thought the battery had a discharge problem. I decided to test it out though and see how long it would last with 1-2 daily uses. I am glad I did, because I have been using it 4 weeks and still have not needed to recharge the battery. Also, the 10-second timer per zone is not enough for me, so I tend to go through 1-2 cycles (usually 1.5) each time I use it so that I feel that I have enough time on each part of my face and along my jawline. Since I make sure to use little pressure and to move if I feel any irritation, it works well for what I want it to do. I have noticed clearer skin and cleaner pores. Definitely worth a try if you like brush heads that do the vibration thing rather than rotation, especially for the price. So far, so good.

Worked for me...
I've had this item for about a month, use it a few times per week and it's worked well for me. At 50 yrs old, I do prefer to use topical exfoliators (Glycolic, azielic, etc) that won't "scrub" my skin but this has come in very handy at a time when I haven't been great about keeping up with my daily topical skin care. It gets all the grime and dead skin cells off so my topical skin care can actually penetrate and any clogged pores left by my laziness get cleared out fast. After one minute, I feel like I've erased days (maybe even weeks) of build up and given myself a fresh start to get back up on my topical skin care wagon. I appreciate that it's rechargeable and there's not yet another cord running across my bathroom. I have not had to charge it since my initial charge but do remove the brush and rinse it under hot water after each use. It stands up nice on the counter and the white is not an eye sore. I am happy with this product.

Not Water Resistant
Strange for a product meant to be used with water, not be water resistant. Not water PROOF, just resistant at minimum. I’ve purchased two of these within 6 months of each other and both stopped working. The connectors are corroded and will no longer charge. I took precautions to prevent this by wiping the handheld device down after using, and ensuring no water settled between the device and charging station. Didn’t matter. If water run down during usage, it was enough to destroy the unit. Find something else ladies and gentlemen.

Awesome
This thing is awesome. Works as well as the really expensive ones as far as I can tell!

Does NOT spin/scrub. This is a "sonic" (vibrating) brush.
I suppose this is my "fault" for not carefully reading more of the reviews, but I was under the impression this brush would spin/scrub. It just vibrates. I have some mobility issues with my hands and use devices like this to help, and unfortunately this product was not at all what I needed. It also came in an absolutely comically sized package from the manufacturer - I think the product box was something like 18"x12", for a small handheld item.

I use this every day in the shower to wash my face and it works great, and charge lasts a long time!
