Barfly Ice Pick, Stainless/Black

Due to a faulty ice maker in my expensive Samsung refrigerator (which they can't or won't fix), I resorted to buying an ice maker and storing the ice in the freezer. Often times, the ice clumps together so I needed something to break up the ice. I didn't want one of those cheap long pointed picks so I opted to buy the Barfly Ice Pick. It is extremely sturdy, very well crafted and has three different heads to choose from to break up the ice. I will never need to buy another ice pick. It's more expensive than other products but well worth it!

If only they made a version with a flat-face on one side, this would be a a killer piece of kit not only for bar work, but for an all-around kitchen tool, especially for the road-cook. Hope y’all read these, because I’d love to see it happen—hammer chisel and pick all in one sexy little package.

I love the heft of this ice pick. I use it to break down large ice cubes into ones with interesting shapes I can use in cocktails. I also like that it has three options for working with the ice.

Has a nice heft, well designed and no wood to splinter or chip on the handle. Worth the few extra $$.

Awesome product

I have bought 3 of these now, since I am in the industry. I love the look and feel of these ice picks.. and the fact that it's machine washable - unlike all those hipster picks with wood handles. My only complaint is that all of the ones I've bought have some wiggle play between the handle and the head. It moves side to side, which doesn't necessary affect the effectiveness of the ice pick, but it makes it feel like the head it about to fall off. I thought it was defective, so I returned it only to find that all of them do this.
