Compound W Wart Remover, Freeze Off Kit, 8 ct (Packaging May Vary)

I am an esthetician and have tried multiple lasers and professional wart removal methods for a wart on my finger. It always came back. I used this compound w system until all the applicators were gone and my wart has not come back and there is no scar or skin change. I did have to do several applications and held the applicator on for way longer than 20 seconds and then I would wait until the lesion was fully healed before doing another round of compound w. This worked great, I highly recommend

I don’t normally write reviews, and I was really skeptical before buying this as I read the reviews and they were pretty mixed, but I figured I’d share my experience as it was better than expected.I bought this product because I was originally looking at one for skin tags and realized they’re both freeze off and essentially the same thing, this one was just cheaper.I had a skin tag in my arm pit region for over 10 years and it just got to the point I was really self conscious about it and wanted it gone. I didn’t want to pay $100+ to go to a dermatologist so I figured I’d try this first.I received the product and used it like it said, attaching the applicator but instead of waiting 30 seconds I used it immediately. It stung just slightly but it wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected based off other reviews. I held it to the area for about a minute and saw that the skin tag looked, well, frozen. It also affected the surrounding area of skin which I was a little worried about.At first I thought I would have to apply it a few more times throughout the coming weeks, but upon touching the skin tag I noticed I had no feeling in it whereas before if I tried to pinch it at all it hurt. I touched it a bit more and noticed it was coming off slightly, so with a little help and zero pain, it came off.I was worried that I had damaged the surrounding area of skin as it looked like a ring of freeze burn, but I was just happy the skin tag was gone!For about 5 days I applied just regular aquafore healing ointment a couple times a day, and I wasn’t noticing any change. But then magically at day 6 I noticed it was actually healing quite a bit! For $10, this product worked amazingly. I’m now completely skin tag free and couldn’t be happier. I can’t attest to how it works specially for warts, but if you’re like me and was wondering if you could use it for skin tags, I say do it! Absolutely worth saving $$$ by not going to a dermatologist for them to do basically the same thing. Minimal pain, excellent results.

I like the product with the metal button on top that gets cool from the liquid nitrogen better than this product with the cotton tip applicators. I find that it’s hard to exactly pinpoint the area to be treated with the large cotton tip applicator. Otherwise product works great.

Used this for my kiddos warts. Just a tip we found from his doctor use this, let it dry then put duct tape on it. Repeat every night and cut off the dead skin. It will get rid of those stubborn ones.

Works but takes more time than implied. Also more tips to use would help.

This product did not work as expected. It did reduce the size of the warts, but did not in all cases eliminate the warts.I don't know if this is a flaw in the product itself or in my usage. I ended up applying three treatments and only eliminated a couple of the warts completely.I'm going through treatments by a dermatologist performing freezing and seeing better results.Again, this may be a result of my usage. The directions warn you to be careful to not expose adjacent skin. I may have been too careful.

This worked just the way it should but be ready it does hurt and my take more then one treatment.

I have a couple common warts I used this on. One is smaller and it seemed to sorta work on getting rid of it, though it still feels like it may have some left. The other is about 3mm around by 2mm tall. I have treated this one twice 2 weeks apart. I followed the instructions exactly leaving the applicator on for 20 seconds both times. The first application killed about half of it (one side). The second application I made sure i got the applicator square on top of the wart. Needless to say a month later the wart is still there. It is about half as tall as it was to begin with, but I am disappointed it did not get rid of either wart completely.
