I rarely leave reviews on Amazon but this product is great and I like to support small business owners. The flavor is superb....sweet, tart, intense. I used it in a lamb marinade. It imparted a wonderful flavor. It would be great for all sorts of glazes, marinades, salad dressings, even cocktails (after all grenadine syrup is made from pomegranate juice). The flavor is super concentrated. It may be pricier than the brand typically found in supermarkets but it's superior and you don't need to use a ton. Worth every penny.

I had never even heard of pomegranate molasses until I found a recipe that called for it. I had a hard time figuring out which one to order, and decided on this after reading reviews. It is so good, but SUPER rhick! It offers a completely different flavor profile from what I'm used to. The recipe I had also used cumin, and the two together are phenomenal. I think the recipe I used expected a thinner syrup, and I added water to get a good consistency. I ordered a bottle for my mom, and she also loves it. I was coming here to order another bottle, but it unavailable for 6 weeks, and I can't wait that long! I hope the other brand measures up!

Had to use a knife to separate the 2 part of the cap. The owner replied immediately to my posted question and assured me that the cap is being changed. With this in mind definitely will repurchase

Simply the best out there. My aunt in Lebanon mountains makes seasonal home made pomegranate molasses all organic with no sugar or additives. It's a very difficult process as so much pomegranate juice is required to make such a concentrated molasses especially when your not adding any corn syrup or sugars or other fillers as a cheat for volume. This is simply the Best I called aunti and said I found the molasses which is just like yours. I hope the product comes back. I risked ordered and it was promissing and perfect. Wish ordered more. Now that it's unavailable. Thanks You for those hands who made it. And thanks for the company providing it.

It's a really bad bottle design. It's heavy glass with a cheap plastic top and very sharp metal around the bottle neck. Nothing comes out of the bottle until I remove the plastic top.

I use a lot of pomegranate molasses, and this brand - hands down - is the best I have ever used.

The packaging is weak. The cap seemed to have leaked and would not twist off. It became unthreaded. The product inside was not at its peak. This is disappointing in that it was expensive. It was for a recipe so I sucked it up and used it. It was just ok. Not buying this again. And, just to be clear, the issues with this damage did not occur during shipping.
