Recipient of this gift is very happy with the colour, size, weight and liquid volume. Just what he wanted! Looks superb and he enjoys his specialist tea from it. The addition of the spoon makes the set very special. Highly recommend. Great value for money.

Im in love....I bought this as a treat to myself it arrived today I've just had my first cup of tea in it I'm so please I got it, I wasnt sure if I should because I was wanting black to go with my tablewear I needn't of worried its such a ritch dark colour it matches up quite well excellent quality I'll definitely be ordering more to I'll have a set.

Beautiful Set
This was a beautiful set purchased as a gift. It has been used with pleasure every day since receiving it. Recipient loves it. It is a stunning set and the matching spoon was an unusual bonus. It came in a lovely gift box as well. Would defenitely recommend.

Bone china should hold the temperature of the drink.
This does not hold the heat, very disappointing. It looks nice but useless for drinking tea that is a decent temperature.

Do not buy
I bought this for my son for Christmas. It has been used a handful of times and is now longer fit for purpose. The gold has come off if the base of the cup and as such is now all over the inside and outside of the cup. Not knowing what this is made of I won't allow it to be used as a drinking vessel any longer as it could be toxic. It has only been hand washed in warm soapy water, which you should be able to do without fear if it being damaged. I do not own a dishwasher and it's not been used in a microwave to warm up drinks either. I'm disappointed as my son has been wanting it for ages.
