Works on most pests and bed bugs* (read entire review)
I knew this product would work because it was recommended by the local pest and weed store which has been in business for over 30 years. But because some pests like Bed Bugs become resistant to pesticides, you have to use 2 ounces per gallon of diluted pesticide according to a newly released study. The label does does not have this new info.Even using 2 ounces with Suspend SC pesticide, I have a few "stray" bed bugs left. Did additional research and found out that adding a "kicker" such as MGK Exponent to pesticide solution makes the pesticide and IGR work more effectively. (Bayer Pesticide and MGK websites along with other sites)MGK Exponent actually short ciruits the bug's imune system, even on resistant pests, allowing the pesticide and growth inhibitor to work.I have also ordered MGK Evergreen (organic) 1% Pyrethrin Dust Insecticide and a duster bulb. A co-worker said after having her apartment was treated twice by professional exterminators, she had a few "stray" beg bugs left. And after using the Evergreen, it killed the remaining beg bugs. Apparently the organic Pyretrhin works on pests that are resistant to synthetic Pyrethrins.Hope this info helps. Also since you have to use 2 ounces per gallon, its far cheaper to buy the 16 ounce bottle which costs over $100.00 at local pest supply places, if they will sell it to you a non-licensed person.

It Worked!!!
I have been battling drain flies for 3 years. I bought this as a last ditched effort to get rid of them before calling in a plumber. After researching the internet and trying every do it your self drain cleaning technique suggested (bleach, hot water, biodegradables, drano, drain brushes, etc) I could not get rid of them. I finally bought this because one website suggested cleaning the drains and shower/tub every night then spraying with an IGR. Well I sprayed every night for about 2 weeks and then I started noticing the dead larvae in my shower in the mornings. Then one day while spraying my shower I discovered a dying larve wiggling out of a channel at the bottom of my shower door VILOA!!! I had found the breeding ground. Thanks to this product I was able to identify where they were actually breeding (absolute must to eliminate them totally) and finally get this under control. The shower door has been removed (the channel/track looked like the inside of a nasty pipe) and I've seen one young fly in the last 3 days, as opposed seven or eight daily during the winter and too many to count in the evenings and summer.

Finally conquered the drain flies
I had been battling a drain fly infestation coming from a former leak below my basement slab. While the leak was virtually eliminated, the flies set up shop in the soil and every moderate rainfall leeched enough moisture to revitalize their habitat. I had been trying for the better part of two years to get rid of them, and had tried just about everything. Two treatments of this stuff two weeks apart and they are effectively gone. My plan is to keep using it every couple of weeks until the bottle is empty, and hopefully the larvae will have been fully eliminated at that point. This stuff is expensive, yes, but pales in comparison to the hundreds of dollars I'd tried on more conventional treatments.

Four Stars
I think it's working, but the old bugs are still there. Time will tell, I have hope.

Costly Exterminator
Hopefully this will eradicate drain flies. Have not used as there are no instructions for a direct dump into the sink drains. Also, no warning about potential damage to plumbing, drain fixtures or garbage disposals. At this point, I am willing to “wing it” on application. The little bugs are invasive and I have tried many other products.

Proven product for cockroach control - use with a general purpose insecticide for best results
I have been ordering the individual packs of these that you activate by squishing the plastic between your fingers. I like the convenience that the liquid provides as I can just add this to my general purpose insecticide and apply together in one spraying. I have used this along with Advion bait and general purpose insecticide to effectively treat German Cockroach outbreaks in apartments that I manage. I have read that this is also effective against bed bugs so I will try it in that role as well. When one goes after bugs with a chemical cocktail ( at least 3 different chemicals for roaches or bed bugs ) you can very effectively eliminate pests in a very timely manner ( several weeks). As mentioned for roaches I use this product, bait, and general purpose insecticide. For bed bugs I use Temprid general purpose insecticide, Phantom aerosol insecticide on furniture and bed seems and tufts, & Pyrethrum dust in electrical receptacles and switch boxes.
