This is an awesome massage pad!! Other reviews are correct, this is not a Shiatsu style massager. No rolling/kneading balls. But the vibrating pads inside the massager are quite nice. There are 3 intensity levels, and they all feel really good. There are different modes you can choose too. This fits great in my car, and is easy as pie to install. I’d definitely recommend this massaging pad for overall relief!!

This massage cushion works great. My office is freezing and this keeps me toasty! The timed heat feature works great and I like that I do not have to have the massage on to have heat.The massage feature is just vibrations, which is fine for an office chair setting.The pocket for the remote is a nice touch! With velcro closure so it doesn't fall out. And the elastic band on the top half keep the massager in place nicely.Only issue is the plug in is located on the right side and it is not able to be changed to the left to be closer to an outlet or adjust for desk set up. Often I am tripping on the cord. Luckily, it unplugs easily!

For the price I can't really complain. It just vibrates really. Theres really no rolling or kneading, it's just a difference in vibration. It touches most of my painful spots & it feels good at the moment. I do wish the part you sit on was a little longer, so it would vibrate under my entire upper leg, but it only touches just a little below the butt cheeks. All in all, I use it daily a couple times because it does feel good, it just doesn't 'massage' you.

I meant to write long ago but didn't have time until now.I had this item for several months and I enjoy it, I got it to keep me warm in the office so I don't care much for the massage function. It is basically a vibration which I don't think actually helps your muscles much. However, it is a pleasant sensation and the product is clearly and correctly advertised the type of massage offered so I have no issue.The heating option is great, you can have it on up to 4 hours. I wish the remote had more adjustments for the heating because the whole giant remote is for the various massage options. As others said, there is no change in colour between the low and high heat setting - this could be improved in a future version.I find I can feel the coils and massage instruments inside a bit so I wish it was a little more padded because I sit on it 8hrs a day. I honestly wish they made just a heating pad only. I would prefer that.Best of all though: the company shined through its customer service. Shortly after purchase, the charging cord ripped (I think one of the office cleaners might have tried to pull the chair back and it ripped as got tangled). Anyway the company sent me a replacement at no charge. I was very impressed. This it is definitely a US-based small business (I saw based on where the replacement came from) and not some reseller or copy cat, which made me very happy. The item comes with a long warranty. I recommended this product and company.
