This was excellent! It’s hard to find gluten free Panettone. This arrived quickly and was nice and fresh. We will definitely buy again.

I’ve been eating regular panettone for years at Christmas, before going gluten free in 2023. This is the first time I’ve had a gf panettone and I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture of this panettone. It was fresh and not at all crumbly nor dry and represented all of the flavors of a traditional panettone. It was 7 inches across. A solid dupe. I served it to 4 others who are not GF and everyone enjoyed it. I was happy to be able to enjoy panettone again at our Christmas breakfast. Recommend.

Hmthe Panetone is really good for a panetone that is gluten free. Totally worth it!

For the past few years I've hosted a holiday breakfast shortly after Thanksgiving for a few friends before we head out to shop. 3 of my guests are now Gluten Free. I usually serve Panettone as a sweet as most of my offerings are savory such as a Denver Scramble, regular and GF toast with berries. I was so happy to find this cake on Amazon. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods used to have a GF Panettone option, but not this year when I checked. My guests loved the GF cake and said it was better than TJs or Whole Foods. Yes, it was smaller and pricier than the regular boxes that most grocers carry, but it was worth it to see it gobbled up. Very happy with my purchase.

I got it on time and it was packaged well. Only nice things I can say. I don't understand these reviews that say how moist, buttery and delicious it was. Not even close!! It was dry to the point that once perimeter paper was removed, it crumbled. Hardly any fruit. The next day I decided maybe microwaving with some butter might help. Nope. It tasted terrible and was still dry. I trashed the whole thing. Almost $40 into the garbage. I have to have gluten free. I thought this would do the trick based on the reviews. I was very disappointed. Save yourself the money and maybe find a recipe for gluten-free pannetone from scratch.

This Panettone is dry and such a disappointment. I'm Italian and gluten intolerant. I usually have a little regular panettone at Christmas time. I wanted to be able to have more, so I ordered this really expensive panettone that turns out not to be returnable. I'm sorry I wasted so much money on it.If you've never had Panettone, like some of the other reviewers, you won't know what it is supposed to taste like. I only took a chance on this expensive one because a reviewer said it wasn't dry.

I'm glad gluten free panettone exists. This one is solidly ok, but it's a little dry and compresses in the mouth. It doesn't hold its texture once you start chewing.

I have seen Panattone year after year in the stores every holiday season, wishing I could try one. Finally, i got to. Its soft and lightly sweet, with moist fruits. I am truly grateful right now.
