The product comes assembled aside from the suction cups at the base which easily screws in. Can be moved about by one person when not filled with water. Bag is firm enough for my needs. Good quality. Happy with the purchase.

The punching bag is solid and also great kicking. I am satisfied and pleased with it. It doesn't fall over even though I did not fill it with sand or water only use the suction cups provided.
