The greatest belt ever made!!!
This is the second time I purchased a belt like this from fairwin.. hands down the best belt I've ever owned in my entire life. They have stood the test of time wear and tear my older belt has scratches on the metal pieces but has never failed me once I've gained weight and lost weight but the belt still holds up. This newer one that I bought my only criticism is the buckle is different and doesn't notch as easily as the older models that don't have the metal buckle completely covered those work better because the actual Notch feature that ties or clamps the nylon is in the middle as opposed to the end of the buckle it's still a nice belt and I believe it'll stand the test of time like the original one I bought it just seems a little bit more difficult to clamp then the OG version. I still recommend the belt to anyone who is tired of buying belts over and over again because they fall apart or because you might gain a little bit of weight and the belt you have doesn't have enough notches. I will never buy another leather belt again as long as I live because these belts will Outlast a leather belt and probably outlive me.

I Love this belt
What is really interesting about this belt is the tail (the extra part of the belt that goes through the buckle) goes behind the rest of the belt instead of in front of the belt like a normal belt does. I like that the tail is tucked in behind the belt and not exposed. It’s easy to adjust. I use my thumb and index finger to grab the tail and just give it a firm tug. The release is on the bottom of the buckle and is easy to open with just one finger. This belt is infinitely adjustable. So after that large meal you can give yourself a little extra room. The belt is nylon and not stretchy. It’s a good stiff belt that’s capable of holding up any accessories that you might want to carry on your belt.If you’re not careful the plain buckle can scratch. I ordered another belt to wear for working and one I keep nice.Overall I really like this belt and recommend you give it a try.

Not a lifetime product. An adventurously timed 2 year review of my favorite daily belt.
Have you ever been on a construction site and when suddenly you’re hit with the feeling of needing evacuate out of every single one of your bodily entry and exit points? I have.As a matter of fact I am sitting now in a cold porta potty thanking my lucky stars I decided to put my trusty 10” knipex cobras in my side pant pocket this morning. The problem being that the release lever snapped off. If you ever find yourself in an emergency situation, this is sub optimal. As those channel locks I just mentioned saved me from using my pants as a restroom. Now this is after 2 years of quite heavy use so there might be a degree of forgiveness one might bestow on the product that almost caused the downfall of my day. However, if you do use your belt to hang tools from or a tool pouch I might consider a different option.I’ve found this belt loosens throughout my day and does at time pinch my stomach hairs. Although I do still appreciate the design and ease of use. Doubly although I will say that the women in my life has taken many many cracks at undoing this belt with very little success throughout her many many many attempts. It’s a good value for money, I would say however it is, not a lifetime product. Also some fraying at the end but nothing too terrible. Thank you. Have a great day.

Great product i'm loving this design.
I never thought I would like this style belt. The ratchet is so easy to use once you figure it out. And the belt is so sturdy. I love it for using it just as a belt and also to be able to attach things to it from IWB holster to a keychain.

All belts should do this
Men who do not wear ratchet belts are not living the right kind of life. The human gut, whether saggy or svelte, does not expand and contract in one-inch increments. So, why should our belts? The almost infinite adjustability of the ratchet belt makes it much more practical and comfortable. I’ve bought several different brands and this one is the best so far.

Good belt for people with back problems
I love this belt because it’s infinitely adjustable and my weight tends to fluctuate considerably.Much more comfortable than a conventional leather belt, especially if you have back issues.

Very happy with my purchase.
I was very pleased, this is my second attempt at finding belt with no holes which can be adjusted to your exact need and comfort level. This belt was cheaper than my first but not cheaply made. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size but because the excess is tucked in the inside and ordered the correct size when it purchased a brown one.

This was a great belt... until it wasn't.
This belt worked well, until it didn't.At almost exactly 2 years of daily wear, the little cam inside the buckle (the cam grips the webbing to hold it in place), broke. I haven't pulled it apart yet to examine super closely, but it's obvious by simply looking into the end of the buckle, the rotating shaft that grips the webbing... simply sheared off. Like twisting a tootsie roll until it breaks. It was never subjected to extreme pressure; this is just metal fatigue...or maybe bubbles or inclusions in that part at manufacture; further dissection may cast light on that. But the takeaway is the one moving part was weak and eventually just broke apart.I'd show a photo, but my phone isn't very good at macro; couldn't get it to focus close up.The takeaway is this was a great belt until it broke, and even after 2 years, the webbing is still in perfect condition, so maybe that'll be useful for some hobby project. But as a belt, 2 years, then nogo. If 2 years meets your requirements, then go for it, it was certainly cost effective while it lasted.
