Only one bracelet, but really well made

I'm assuming you meant bracelets, just one.

Q: Can women with small wrist wear it

Sure. It might need to be bent a little so it isn't super loose and/or won't slip off though. Or if it seems too big for a small wrist then it could probably be snug on your forearm

Q: How thick is the bracket?

I dont have a ruler handy to determine exact size however, it is fairly thick and weighted. A great piece of steel to be sure. You know you are wearing something sturdy and noticable. A close relevant size comparison could be width of your pinky finger, nail, roughly speaking. 10 out of 10 would buy again!
