Love this!
We just remodeled our house and had a closet area built in our laundry room for our washer and dryer so that our cats would not get behind them and tear up the dryer hose. The problem with that was every time I close the closet door it created a air vacuum of sorts that would close the washer door, and that was causing moisture to stay the gasket which was creating a smell. This little handy-dandy Bendy thing has provided me with a way to reliably. Keep the washer door open while having the laundry closet door shut. This, in turn, Has allowed my washing machine to reliably dry out after each load. The magnet is strong, the Bendy part can be shaped in innumerable ways to fit your needs, it feels sturdy and I’m very happy with the purchase. I did not experience any of the stickiness feeling that others have described.

Wish I bought this sooner
Why did I wait so long to buy this. Product is excellent. The magnetic heavy duty. The arm thick but very bendable. This is a necessity for front loader washers.Our washer is located in a narrow room and when door was left open after wash to dry, we were always bumping into it. It now keeps door ajar slightly and not in way.

Works well but comes unscrewed easily requiring tightening and turning and re straightening of the handle. Flexes nicely and as our doors want to close wa can keep them open with plenty of room to keep air moving

Clever simple fix to prevent washer from growing mildew
Such a clever, simple, well made solution to keep the front loading washer fresh. Previously, I had trouble getting people to leave the washer door after opening and I spent a small fortune on washing machine cleaners to remove the mildew stench. Now, with this handy device, everyone seems to intuitively understand they just need to swivel the device after using the washer. I’ve drastically cut down on needing to run cleaning cycles. Well done! Highly recommend!

Magnet friendly
Front Load Washer Door PropI bought this for my housemate, who requested to keep the washer door open after each use to prevent mildew. I respect their request, but they had been using a heavy laundry soap bottle to prop the door open. When the soap bottle became lighter, it was no longer effective, which I found quite annoying.While browsing on Amazon, I came across this item and read the reviews. I thought, why not give it a try? It turned out to be perfect. I can place it anywhere on the surface of the washer and easily bend it to hold the door open. It's a simple and effective solution.
