Easy to use and Great 3d Prints
So far this printer rocks. Set up time took about 90 minutes, had to calibrate the table, and then go through the software tutorial. But after getting it set up, doing a test print, I was off and running. Going to Thingaverse you can get a lot of free designs, and one of the first ones I printed was a Vallejo Hobby paint bottle rack, very awesome and useful. I am currently printing a Mad Cat Mech Warrior, which also is downloadable from Thingaverse. The more I play around with this machine, the more things I find I can do. The scanner is my next task to learn, and one of the things I plan is to scan models I have, to replicate or modify. As a hobbyist and model builder, this 3 in 1 is opening more opportunities for me to expand my favorite hobby, create useful household things for my wife, and also create some cool toys for the kids. At the price, you simply cannot beat what you get, the quality, ease of use, and the customer support XYZprinting offers, I worked with Karen and she was outstanding. Pictures included of some of the items I have printed, and currently are in the middle of a build. 3rd party filaments can be used, but you will need to buy a spool holder for the larger spools over 600 grams. To date, I really can't find anything bad to say about the printer, and the print quality is outstanding. A lot of the items I have printed are ready for paint, with very minor sanding needed for detail. Again, this system rocks.Update: I have the laser engraver now and it is fantastic. I am making coasters with our units logo out of 4" wood circle blanks,. they are coming out great. You can set the depth of the engraving, shading, and it is so simple to pull any jpg and size. I got a piece of chipboard from Hobby Lobby, and cut to the exact size of the print bed. Ran the sample, which burns a circle in the middle, ran a one inch grid from the center, and now I have a simple center plate to place an object and burn away. There will be a slight odor, but not overwhelming. So far I absolutely love this printer, I am finding so many projects to do, I may have to buy a second one. No kidding, this thing is awesome, no issues to date, and even with a few filament jams (my fault for not keeping an eye on the reel), easy to fix. Again, customer service was great in ordering the laser engraver and Karen was a huge help. Thanks again, and happy printing everyone.

Absolutely the worst Product and Customer Support!!
I would not buy this or any product from this company ever again. I was so excited to receive this unit and start printing. When I received it, i was surprise to see all the instructions were printed off on someone's personal computer printer, and their documentation was crap, spelling errors, grammar errors, at the time i just chalked it up as a Chinese company not having good quality control, but it did worry me. Then i went through all the steps to set it up, printed off one of the "samples" to make sure it worked. Scanned an item and everything worked great. Then the system told me to update the firmware, which i did. Big Mistake!! After the upgrade, everything went down hill from there. I could no longer level the table and the scanner stopped scanning to the computer. I called Customer Support, and they told me they will create a ticket and someone will contact me in 3-4 days. I should have realized it then how crazy that is, 3-4 days for support??? After calling them 3-4 times a day for 2 days, I finally was able to get a support person on a video conference call to start working through the issues. Sadly enough, the support Rep didn't know what he was doing or talking about and had to keep asking people around him for help. This back and forth actually lasted for 3 days, first it was that they didn't support the new IOS on my Mac, then my PC didn't have enough Memory on it and i needed more than 8GB worth of ram, finally i had to go out and buy a top of the line Windows 10 laptop just to stop their blame game. Finally they told me to return the unit because it was defective.Once i received the new unit, I instantly got the support rep on a video call so he could see exactly what i was doing. I had him walk me through each and every step from unboxing it to set up, just to make sure i did something wrong. This time the platform worked and would level but the machine still would not scan to my computer, it would go through the motions and work as if it was scanning the device, but nothing would show up on the screen and there was nothing there to save. then we started the blame game on what i was scanning, to shiny, to tall, to short, wrong color, it was absolutely crazy some of the stuff they were telling me was causing it. I can see some limitations, but if it has to be off-white, more than 1 inch, less then 3 inches with a flat mat coloring, to make it work, that is absurd. They finally started to escalate to others in the company to get help, for an entire week i was doing video calls between 7 pm and 9 pm because their support team was overseas and wasn't available until then. Even their higher level support people didn't know how to work with the system or computers, I actually had to show the support person how to navigate the computer to look at the drivers, and show them how to uninstall the software. They should at least train their people so they know how to work on a computer and the printer. I could go on and on, since the support intervention lasted for nearly 2 weeks. The worst part and the final straw that made me say "enough!!" was when i received an email one night asking me what the status of my machine was. After going through several dozen video calls and continual working for weeks to get this device to work and then i get them asking me what the status was, they are supposed to be working on a solution for me. It didn't work!! . When i received that email i was done and shipped the second unit back and will never buy another unit from this company again.I would highly recommend looking for something else, this product is flimsy, doesn't work very well and is being passed off as a finished unit when it still needs a lot more work. Not worth the money
