Yummy pasta with no blood sugar spike!
This is delicious! And it doesn't spike my blood sugar at all. My husband even prefers it to regular pasta now. It is high in fiber, protein and flavor!

Made in CHINA. But best GF pasta….
Warning! Its made in China!! ☠️. This not only wastes resources importing , it makes their ingredient safety suspect :( They do not have the quality control the USA has. They have a reputation for dishonesty. I know they put profit before people & would not care if they harmed me. it’s unfortunate bc they are the best texture & taste of any GF pasta & I tried a dozen brands. Also low glycemic compared to yucky rice pasta. Please switch to making these in the USA!!!! If you do, you will get a customer back :) And I will tell all my friends about them so you’ll get sales growth.

USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC!!
This pasta is delicious! I have been eating it for years. For all the people that are saying this product is deceptive that it is made in China and that their sourcing is not to be trusted It says RIGHT ON THE PACKAGE that it has been USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC!! Which means it has passed USDA standards.

Took Some Getting Used To
I bought these because I was making some Gagh from Star Trek and I wanted some noodles that would be dark like the Klingon dish. I got a bunch of them, and after that initial use, I had to find another use for them. One does not crave Gagh every night, after all.My wife and I found them super beany, with a black bean flavor that overpowered most everything that we put on them. I have since discovered that cooking them in salted water and then rinsing them THOROUGHLY in cold water- like to the point that they are basically cold- and then adding them to whatever sauce and heating them back up takes most of the black beanyness out of them, and makes them more palatable for other dishes. They do retain a certain degree of rubbery texture that is not what you want for spaghetti, but can be fine for other noodle dishes where that is a quality that doesn't deter. If you like the taste of black beans or just are really in the mood for gagh, then these are the noodles for you. I still enjoy them, and do not regret buying them- I have made some delicious foods with them!- but if you are looking for something that perfectly replaces wheat, this ain't the thing.

Great Substitute for Carbs
My dad is a big guy from cincinnati, he hates dieting but we need to make him lose weight as he approaches 60. I got him a box at Aldis and he actually like them. He uses it to make three ways. He even asked me to find him a bull amount so he could get them at the house. He’s down 20 lbs since December.
