This will be my second purchase of these tablets. I was feeling just meh, and hated it. Somebody recommended taking these and I can honestly say I'm less tired. I have more concentration and focus. Really good supplement. I feel really good after taking it. This is great supplementation to your daily routine.

I think the packaging is misleading. It says 120 capsules and 1000mg but it's actually 1000mg per "daily dose" and a daily dose is 2 tablets. So each tablet is only actually 500mg. So really you are getting 60 days worth if you take the recommended daily dose.

Within 30 mins of first taking them I noticed a difference in my attention span. Got less noticeable after regular use, but I think that's because I got used to feeling better

This product made me very ill firstly it was stomach issues pain and not being able to eat without using toilet then it gave me really bad anxiety which got so bad I ended up taking a day off work. As soon as I stopped taking I felt a lot better within a couple of days. I got no positive effects from it in the time I took it. Obviously it works for other people but I became quite unwell so wanted people to be aware of how bad side effects are for some people. I have been off it for 2 weeks now and feel loads better.
