This one is better than other similar products I've ever used. It won't make me wake up early.

I ordered and received but when I check the label, it is not the same as the label in the post, not happy I check everything I have allergies. even the dosage is different, not happy. The dosage is even different. I will file a complaint with the BBB

This formula worked well for me but I had to discontinue its use because of dizziness. The only ingredient I was unfamiliar with was the Panax notoginseng which seems to be different to the usual, energizing panax ginseng. When I did some research on it, it does indeed have some blood pressure lowering ability, especially when taken long term, which is great for most people. It just may have been too much for me.Otherwise, I really liked the formula and especially appreciate that it is made by a company dedicated to quality standards and transparency. I also liked the low amount of melatonin. Too many formulas rely too heavily on melatonin which has its own set of problems, including grogginess or resistance. I really prefer this formula with a more innovative blend.I also found it to be effective at only two capsules a night. It is more expensive than most brands if you take the full four capsules so I would try two first for both efficacy and to prevent side effects before increasing dosage.

Don’t work

Serving size is 4 capsules to get 2mg melatonin plus other ingredients. So this bottle is only a 2 week supply. $22 is way too expensive for 2 week of sleep aid.

My wife and I were fairly satisfied with this sleep supplement. It has a very similar blend to another supplement we've been taking for quite a long time now. Same ingredients and nearly identical dosage except for the melatonin. This only has 1mg per serving . Some people only need a small amount of melatonin to achieve the desired results, and the other ingredients really are effective at helping you wind down and rest.If you're the type of person who only needs a small amount of melatonin to get the job done, I highly recommend trying this out ! If you're someone who needs more melatonin ,like 5 or 6 mg,I would suggest looking for a different supplement with these same 8 ingredients but more melatonin.I think New Roots Herbal is on the right track with this blend . Honestly if they made a version withA higher dose of melatonin we'd purchase it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately the dose is just a little low for us , but it might be perfect for you! Trust me when I say that a proper blend of complimentary ingredients working in unison with melatonin is alot more effective than just melatonin on its own!

I am a chronic, horrible insomniac. Going to sleep and staying asleep for more than 2 hours is an issue every night. I have tried every medicine out there, it’s so frustrating. I’ve used this for 3 nights in a row and it’s working a bit. I take 2 capsules plus a 5mg Melatonin tablet about an hour before I want to sleep. About 2 hours later for the past 2 nights I actually felt drowsy. Woohoo! I went to bed right away as I didn’t want to miss that window and I was asleep in 15 minutes. First night I slept 3 hours before waking up and then 2 hours last night but was able to go back to sleep after an hour. So it does help even though I have to take an additional Melatonin tablet. It was nice to actually feel sleepy…and be able to sleep! It’s not a miracle drug for an insomniac but is helping a bit. I’d say it’s worth a try as it (hopefully!) helps.
