Great dependable brand
Always trust a good brand. Needed new steak knives after 40 years, even though I can't afford steaks anymore, but I use them for other things. Need the sharp ones with good handles with my sore arthritic hands.

Very useful
I bought a set 4 years ago and now I'm back for another. Two reasons: I use these so regularly that they're often in the dishwasher when I need one; and one out of the 4 handles has become slightly wobbly after regular dishwasher exposure. They don't substitute for my REALLY sharp knives, but for $5 each they're a great buy. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I don't trust 5-star reviews any more...

Would reorder
Very sharp and excellent quality. The only problem I foresee is the tips breaking off because they are very pointed and delicate. We will have to wait and see how they hold up. I suspect it will depend on how they are handled.

Cracked junk even when professionally handled and stored.
Would rate negative if possible. Pure junk. These have only been washed by hand and stored on magnetic knife wall rack. Never in a dishwasher, drawer or touching any other knife. Have had 100's of knives over the last 40 years, and have never seen such poor quality. All 4 knives cracked, even though they might get used only a few times a month. Have never had a knife crack in my life, even cheap disposable's. These are THAT BAD!! For comparison, my 30 year old knives are still like new with near daily use.
