Pretty tasty
We were worried about the cauliflower taste coming through, but it was very mild. If I didn’t know it was in there I don’t think I could taste it. They arrived fresh. And they were plenty large enough for our soft tacos.

Fall apart too easily
Flavor and texture are alright, but they fall apart easily so be careful while handling them. These could definitely be cheaper.

Has a sweetness perfect for breakfast
Some shells have a "sourness" to them. These don't!!!Just the opposite, they have a sweetness which is awesome and they DON'T taste like cauliflower.

Horribly stale, even though not expired. Don't buy these!
Oh wow, I am so disappointed. Disclaimer: I eat a lot of flour tortillas. I have a breakfast burrito every morning, and often snack on bean/cheese soft tacos, or cheese quesadillas. I'm not picky. I'm find with dollar store tortillas, expensive brand tortillas, whole wheat/multi-grain tortillas, etc. Hence why I decided to do a subscribe and save purchase on these so I wouldn't have to worry about running out of tortillas. The came in the mail last week, and I just opened my first of 12 packages tonight. The exp. date is March 2017, so I thought they'd be just fine, but as soon as I opened the bag I could tell they were stale. Like, I could use them as a frisbee and fling them through the air and they'd fly nice and far. Still, trying to make th most of it, I figured they might soften up after a few seconds in the microwave, like most tortillas do. No. So I put shredded cheese on it and melted it in the microwave, hoping the usual condensation would slightly soften them. No. Folding them in half makes them break along the seam. I mean, *maybe* you could use them for quesadillas if you're already planning to make the sides nice and crispy...except they actually TASTE stale too.Seriously. I've eaten slightly stale tortillas before and am like, whatever, it's fine - but I couldn't even finish this cheese melt I made just now. The tortilla just tastes bad. I'm toying with the idea of trying to bake all these unused tortillas (143 total count) into tortilla chips or something?? But I don't even know if it'd be worth it. I don't think Amazon will let me return them now that I've opened them. So I guess the best I can do now it to warn everyone else not to buy this. Unless you're planning to use a whole gross of 6-in tortillas for some craft project where you don't care if they are edible or not. Maybe?I did pull out some other packages and felt the softness of the tortillas through the packaging, and yeah, they're all just as stiff feeling. Yuck.

YESS!
yThese are so good and don’t taste like cauliflower at all, yummy wrap without the carb guilt! Wish I would known about these along time ago, they are quite thin but not too thin that brakes while wrapping.
