Was having lot of pain in my feet really bad for over a year two nights with these pads feel like different person no pain great sleep it amazed me at first thought it was a joke but worth a try it and it work great.

The pads i did not know how to really use so i put socks and wore it during the day and by the time i ent to bed i saw the blackness of toxins that it pulled out . I feel it served its purpose

This is total BS. The only reason the pad looks dark after use is because your sweat makes the paper damp so you now can see the ingredients better. The dark patch isn't anything that was pulled from your body. Test it and see, put water on one and push down.

Used them but haven't figured the benefit yet will turn the patch black

This product stayed on feet overnight. Every morning would peel off and they’d be black. Don’t know if I ever noticed any real notable changes in body, mental, physical, or detoxification. No major improvements overall.

I was amazed at how black and yucky the pads were after waring them all night. The only problem I had was the little directions that there were, it did not say how often you should do this.
