You can read the display from across the room!
This timer stays charged for a long time before you have to plug it in. Uses USB-C so probably the same charger as most phones, but you'll have to supply your own. the beeper is loud enough to hear even when you have the TV or stereo up loud. You can read the large display from the other side of the room. The only things that could make it better would make it a *lot* more expensive,.

It is very easy to use and intuitive.
1. It has a stand which can be opened and then the timer stands on a flat horizontal surface (quite stable).2. It also has a loop, so it can be hung on a vertical flat surface, provided that there is a hook or a nail available.3.The ON/OFF switch is on the left side.4. It has five buttons very clearly marked: HR, MIN, SEC, CLEAR and ST/SP.5. Itm also has a toggle switch on the right side. I do not know exactly its purpose, but I think that it switches the display off while the count down continues. Unfortunately, I threw out the booklet that came with the timer, so I cannot ascertain.6. It is very easy to set the time: you press the hours, minutes and seconds buttons a number of times equal to the value you want to set the timer to (not all the buttons must be pressed. If a certain button is not being pressed at all, the corresponding time unit remains at the value 0.7.If you made a mistake or for any reason changed your mind about the vlue to set the timer for, you can simply press the CLEAR button and all the digits get reset to 0 (hours = 0, minutes = 0 and seconds = 0) and you can set the timer to a different value.8. After the desired time has been set :nuber of hours (can be 0), number of minutes (can be 0) and number of seconds (can be 0), but not all of them 0, you just press the ST/SP (Start/Stop) button and the count down starts.9. It is even possible to stop the count down in the middle by pressing the ST/SP button. By pressing the ST/SP button again, the count down resumes from the vlue it has been stoped at.10. The timer can be charged using any charger for a mobile telephone with a USB type C.11. Do not forget to switch off the timer after finishing working with it, because the battery drains useless. Even if by mistake you forgot the timer on, the battery has a quite long autonomy period. In any case, when the digits' briteness starts to fade, the timer can be easily recharged.

Nice Timer Overall, but Only One of Mine Worked Upon Arrival (Amazon is Sending Another Set)
These are, overall, pretty nice timers. I like how easy it is to use, and the screen is clear and the LEDs bright. Unfortunately, my set arrived with one that did not work right out of the box. When you plug them in for the first time (they will need to be charged right away before use, as they appear to have no battery charge at all), all the LED's light up and it vibrates for about 2 seconds, then it will shut off and begin to charge. One of mine never gets through that 2-second power on self test phase; it stays on and vibrating and doesn't stop to begin charging (I let it do that for a few minutes before worrying it'd just burn up, so I disconnected it). I reported it to Amazon and they're sending me another set, which is great. My only other little issue is the screen itself. I don't like how it seems pressed at several spots (where it adheres itself), which makes it evident that the screen is just a thin piece of film that gets a wobbly appearance at those press points from reflections (adding a cheap feel/appearance to it). Seems like they could have done a bit better there. Anyway, the one that I have that works seems to work well and I like the ability to change the colors and dim the LEDs, and I bought mine for the count up feature, which works great. Overall, would recommend, as I understand that sometimes a faulty unit will get shipped from time to time, and Amazon is taking care of the issue nicely.

Good timer, easy to read
A great timer that thankfully counts up beyond 99 minutes, unlike many others on the market. The large, white text is easy to read from across the room and the charge seems to last for quite a while. Reasonable price--I have now purchased 3 of these that we use regularly. I wish the stand kicked back a little easier, but it's not a big deal. I like the magnets on the back, which allow us to put them up on different locations.

Most frustrating timer.
First, nobody needs to program seconds on a 10hr timer.Second, the left wheel adjusts hours and minutes but depending on which is shown, rotating up may increase the number, change what's being adjusted, or reduce the number. You have to scroll up, then down, then up, or the other way around, I can't remember. Adjusting hours up from 0 was rotating the wheel down, unless you went too far, then you were adjusting minutes from 0 to 99 and then down. F#@%!I wish I could be more clear but it is the furthest thing from intuitive I can think of.Then they make the right wheel adjust minutes and seconds. Why?If left wheel was hours and right wheel was minutes, it'd probably be fine but they added "features" at the cost to usability. Plus, the battery level is just 2 lines, so it's either 100%, not 100%, or dead.Trash.
