HiMy reason why I’m leaving a review is I’ve just recently had blood work done as I was very tired, had no energy. The blood results showed I’m very low in Vitamin D and high in flammitry markers. Dr prescribed high dose of vitamin d and recommended to take multivitamins wow what a difference it has made I feel reborn. Have more energy more alert and no longer feeling tired 100 per cent recommend. Have told my friends and know they have brought some.

I bought these as an alternative to perfectil max as I couldn’t find those on Amazon at the time. I’m really glad I gave these a try. They have very similar ingredients as perfectil max, but specifically designed for women. As a woman in perimenopause, I like the addition of a calcium and vitamin D tablet. I’ve found that I feel more energetic taking these, and my skin, hair and nails are improved too. All 3 tablets taste fine and are easy to swallow. I trust this brand for good quality ingredients so I think they’re worth the price.

Arrived in time

I was first recommended these in a heath food store where air was told that if I was looking for a good all-round multivitamin, this was the best value for money. Having three separate tablets does seem a lot to take in theory - but actually it makes sense to me that the vitamins I need are separated out. The vitamin content is good - it literally provides everything I need in a day without me having to think about it. I see it as the oil capsule providing brain health, the calcium capsule helping my hair, bones and teeth and the general multivitamin helping my immune system and making up for any gaps when I'm eating badly or run down. They all have the smell of a standard vitamin tablet but it isn't as bad as some I've taken in the past and I find them very easy to swallow and without a strong taste. There is also no real aftertaste with them either. For their price point, they seem to work well - my skin, hair and nails are consistently healthy - whereas before taking multivitamins, they would also say something about my lifestyle at times!

I appreciate the price point for this supplement considering how many capsules or in the box. It does make you really hungry though so watch out if you are trying to curb your appetite or check your weight

I’m using these tablets for over a year !! I like them , they have all vitamins your body need which is great!! Good price !

Started using these 6 months ago &my energy levels are back to been youthful 😁. Never felt as good for a 47yr perimenipausal woman..There truly effective!I take them every morning & they look big but so easy to swallow. Also cheaper on here than they are in the supermarkets..👏🏻
