Just Works
Works exactly as it says, can't fault it for the price and really solidly made. Only used it to pump out 150 L of water from inside oil tank surround but worked very well. Didn't use the supplied bolts as they would have stuck underneath the wood, just used screws hwich were fine

Draws water well
Works well. I tested it moving water between 2 bowsers before opting to siphon to save my drill battery.Use a mains drill for this unless you have a cordless with substantial battery life.I opted for the metal version over plastic as it looked better made, indeed it is a solid little unit and is a quality item worthy of the price.It got 4 stars, as I’m too tight to give anything a 5.

Powerful and very useful!
Used this for pumping out 500L oil from an oil tank, adding glycol to a heat pump system and sucking out engine oil from my car through the dipstick hole! Brilliant bit of kit.

I purchased a cheap version of this, and after a couple of uses it burnt out. This is much better and worth the extra amount I paid.

Handy To Have In The Toolbox
Use this to tackle jobs like draining the kids swimming pools and maintenance of my koi pond. Definitely want a decent drill to run it I’ve had no issues although I ensure it’s cleaned and oiled after each use to preserve the internal impeller. Otherwise it will just rust solid and likely shear/damage on next use just a heads up.

Straight forward to use, appears reasonably built.
Once your drill is mounted in line with the pump and both are secured, the pump is straight forward to use.Once pumping, it works at a sufficiently useful pumping rate.The pump cannot be turned by hand - the instructions state this. I found the pump requires frequent lubrication to get it to run efficiently. Letting it run for more than 10 minutes put my power drill under strain causing the drill to get very hot because it was having to work hard turning the pump. I hope this will ease with use, but stopping to lubricate the pump was a nuisance + having to let the drill cool down.
