Using ginger tea is a daily part of my life.The Twinnings ginger is one of the best ranges I have tasted in years, and one I have through Amazon on subscribe and save.The ginger taste is very strong, can be weaker if you do not leave the teabag in so long.I have a drink of this before bed, I drink it around an hour before I sleep. It is very calming.Very spicy in a wholesome flavourGinger tea has some amazing health results. I am not just saying this, I have welcomed the results myself.1. Aids digestion2. Aids, bloating, gas3. Relieves nausea, so a good drink to sip if I get D&V4. Aids motion sickness5. Anti inflammatory - boosts immunity6. Soothes colds and flu, nasal convection7. Supports weight loss8. Great value
Excellent value for money packing twinnings teas. I only drink herbal tea until lunch time so it’s nice to have a selection of wellbeing teas and feel like I’m doing some good as well as staying hydrated. I’m particularly hopeful for the glow tea bag as that’s my favourite with a lovely aroma. All very refreshing though.

Best for taste but expensive
I’ve tried many different mint/peppermint teas as they are good for indigestion but I’d say they are the nicest. The only issue is the price otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. My second favourite are the Aldi peppermint teas and they are substantially cheaper so only get these occasionally now.

Delicious balanced flavour
High quality spiced ginger tea. I drink this daily as part of my afternoon and evening routine and I like the taste because it is a delicious blend of spices and ginger which is brightening and reassuring for my mood in both summer and winter. I like to make it in a tea pot for one and use a mug and saucer because it does not stew ;this tea can be left to brew for 5 to ten minutes and it doesn't damage the flavour. I thoroughly recommend it to those who like ginger tea.

Use freshly drawn cold water Use water at a rolling boil (100DC) Use 1 teabag per cup or 1 teabag per person in a glass teapot (one for the pot isn’t needed!) Steep for 3 to 5 minutes (or to your taste) to release all of the flavour Always without milk and for freshness every time, keep your infusions somewhere cool, dark, dry and airtight!
