Does what it should
These work well as I hoped they would the boot is now well damped and goes up on its own.Make sure you grease the ends well though or you won’t get a smooth action and get someone to help as the boot lid has to sit on your head if not.A small screw driver is required to loosen the metal ringlets at each end.
