Love this. I bought this for my 10 year old daughter she pitches softball and it has been a chore to ice her arm after practices and games. This makes it so easy! Super easy to put on (I do have to help her) and it fits perfectly can pull the straps tight to fit her body. She says it comfortable, it has a furry side that goes on your arm and makes it more bareable so it’s not too cold. It does sweat but that’s no big deal. Highly recommend

Having shoulder surgery in a couple of days, so no NSAIDS, meaning this gel pack is my best friend. Good size, fits well, and provides the numbing without having to keep holding the ice pack in place somehow.

I gave this a 4 because it doesn't fit me properly. It doesn't fit like in the picture. There are too many gaps and it is hard for me to adjust the arm area. I think this was made for a person with larger arms. However, it did its purpose and I am not sending back. Just wish they made it in a smaller size.

I’m just going to say that I’m glad I decided to google for what I was looking for. It’s exactly what I needed. Other ice packs don’t work the way I need it to work. I am so happy and excited that it works out perfectly. I needed it to ice down the inside and outside of my right knee at the same time. All I can say is thanks and it’s the best purchase that I made for my situation!!!

It definitely helped my knee.I don't want to have it operated on and I don't want to go for x-rays and this is really helping my knee.I think I just had a strain so it's getting better.

It was an excellent choice for my husband’s knee replacement.

That being said, for the price, I’d say it’s worth it if you wanna pay half price for a half price worth gel pack. There’s not enough gel inside the pack and what gel there is moves around a lot and quickly when it’s room temp. When frozen, if it clumps up in one spot…too bad! Gotta wait for it to thaw. I WOULD keep it because for the price, you really can’t beat it but I quickly found out why. Aside from the lack of sufficient gel, the top of the shoulder part does not grip down. I like that I can pretty much use it anywhere on my body. But I will be returning it. I need a better quality ice pack where the pad stays down on you and there’s not enough material inside to provide a more temp-stable use. The plush side is really soft but the Velcro on both sides of the straps is annoying and SUCKS! 3/5 stars only because you are getting your money’s worth…and it’s not a whole lot money
