A dog trainer friend of mine told me about this stuff (you have to get the human grade***) for ticks, fleas, mosquitoes, etc for dogs and humans especially for us living on the east coast! i never had to worry about ticks, etc living in the mild desert in colorado for 19 yrs but moving back to maryland i’ve already found ticks on my dogs and on me and this stuff is a life saver!!!

I use this stuff in my storage sheds, around wood piles, and anywhere ants desire to make home. It is a great deterrent.

Exactly as pictured, safe for pets and toddlers, doesn't smell, Similar to chalk powder if you shake it. I use a powder duster or mesh strainer in small areas to distribute otherwise it falls in clumps when spreading with a spoon or measuring cup, easy to apply. I used it for insects in the home and fleas for the stray cats. It doesn't keep the fleas off permanently but it atleast gives the cats some sort of protection, definitely noticed a huge difference in the amount being on them. The insects walk across the power and die shortly after. No odor, chalky taste.
